Hello,

I see wrong home page in other web browsers and devices.

First time, I see wrong home page layout in all devices and all web browsers.

But I contacted Bluehost’s agent and we had to tried somethings about caches.

I set WP super cache plugin too.

So I see correct home page in my laptop’s cache cleaned chrome browser.

But still I see wrong page in any other devices(include mobile) and any other web browsers.

Bluehost’s agent told me that the website seems to work fine.

I can’t understand this issue.

We are migrating to the Newspaper theme. With other themes we do not get the referenced error above.
The full errors we are getting once we turn on the Newspaper theme are:

We really like the theme and need to get it up and running as quickly as possible.

Please look into my account. I have purchased TWO Newspaper themes. One on 18th January 2017 (regular license) & the second on 16 June 20120 (regular license). Both are shown in my account available as as Downloads NewspaerX version with one year of remaining support. I am using both on my two different sites. When I download the one which I purchased 16th June 20, it downloads correctly as Version X 10.1.5 with option to download plugins. But when I download the other which I purchased on 18th January, 2017, it downloads as 8.5 version without option to download plugins, though both downloads show 1 year remaining support in my account.

Please check my account and advise me what I need to do to download the one which I purchased on 18th January, 2017 as Neaspaper version X 10.1.5. with option to download plugins.

my apologies, i’ve never used ads and i’m confused by your site’s ad system.

i’ve read the information from your site regarding how to place ads but i will not being using adsense ads and am still confused by directions (https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/).

i would like my site to display 250×250 pixel custom image ads down the right side. (images that i will upload.) i’ve divided my homepage into 3/4 + 1/4 rows (i’m not sure if that’s how it should work or if it should be a widget added to the column/sidebar etc..) and whenever i try to add an ad spot to the right column (custom ad code, spot id, image ad etc.) i see nowhere to customize the size.. i read that one can insert a sidebar widget but it’s my understanding that doing that will make this default on all pages and i only want this layout on the home page. i can provide links to sites with ads i would like to emulate if that helps. i apologize if my request makes no sense – i’m not sure how to explain what i want and which of these methods apply to me. thank you.

I am using Google auto ads option. Now if I install your Official AMP for wordpress & mobile theme plugins, do I have to use your ad manager (or another ads plugin) to set ads locations or will the ads be placed automatically by the google?

I’m having a problem with the footer of my site on the mobile version, it looks normal when i enable it but when i try to go to my different footer pages such as the contact page or cookie policy page, absolutely nothing show up except the title of the page … how could i fix that ?

Another problem i have on the mobile version is that when i defer parsing of javascript with async javascript plugin, the menu to access my categories and the search sometime don’t show when i click on the buttons, i don’t wanna disable the plugin just for that as it greatly improve the speed of my site and except this problem it seem to work perfectly, is there any script i can add in exception to avoid the mobile version to bug ?

Also i tried to disable the tagdiv and wp mobile plugins to test with the normal site and here i noticed that the images on my blocks don’t load at all … this is pretty strange because it works perfectly on desktop

Last thing, i read on this post that we can gain more speed by deactivating the standard pack plugin but it seem to be needed for the homepage which break each time i desactivate this plugin, could you please help me ?

So I just noticed this random Follow US on Instagram ad thing, and its right above where the footer ad would go I think, and I have no idea how to remove it. I was in the process of setting up Google’s AdSense, but have not completed the process, so I dont think its that.

I did switch themes the other day just to see how it would look and switched back to the Dark Pro Theme, and thats when I noticed the ad show up. Not sure what to do to get rid of it.

I duplicated my header template – titled it same as other – and added with logo . .
tried adding a logo to the desktop version – changed settings to show logo, hide text and sub text. Saved.

I just changed my theme to NewsPaper and i’m having some issues with the thumbs size, some images are not taking the full size for the blocks like in the categories and some others which is pretty problematic, i didn’t have this problem when i was on NewsMag, the images were always auto adapting their sizes to the block size .. how can i have the same thing in NewsPaper ?

Basically i don’t want to bother myself with images sizes, the theme should automaticaly use all the block no matter the size of the image, i remember that on my previous theme, some images were automatically zoomed or resized to fit all the block, i would like to have the same thing there, i hope i’m clear enough …

Also another problem is that the speed of my site when testing on PageSpeed Insight is really horrible compared to before … how can i fix that ?

AdSense inline ads in template post content are not showing, for example: https://jazzjournal.co.uk/2020/06/17/obituary-keith-tippett/

(1) An ad hosted in media file, placed in ARTICLE INLINE AD 1 field is fine:

So there is no problem with the code. There does seem to be a problem with the Single Post Content element, and others with Single Post elements in general.

These templates seem to have so many problems compared to defaults, and suck up so much admin time…

I’m building out a site for a local community paper, who’s staff isn’t graphic designers. Is there an overall catch all image size for this theme that will scale down into the other image sizes as needed. The problem is people are posting full size images and when it posts to the big grid slide, were getting images cut off of peoples faces and only foreheads are showing. What I would like to do with these guys is just have them make a standard image size and scale the images into that size for posting on the website and no matter where it’s posted it will look good. Any suggestions?

Hello I have Newspaper 8 installed, and I am trying to update 2 images in an ad location (before de menu and after the menu) and I just cant find it. Actually the one before the menu is the one that I found, the other one exist only in the rendered html but can’t find it in the admin area.

In the rendered html I could find this:
