The link is not working. We have the possibility to save elements and use it on our cloud templates only. You can save for example an entire row with elements inside and paste it in another page. But, you can not save whole homepage or many rows into one element.

We’ve had an issue with some of our site pages after updating to 13.2 and now templates reuse to attach themselves to older pages, categories, etc. As soon as we log into WordPress it also raises a security issue with the server and the firewall kicks in every few minutes.
Here is the report from WordPress

The website is https://medika.life. The normal page appears like this, https://medika.life/category/diseases/ whilst the same template shows up like this on another category section, https://medika.life/category/general-health/, note the sudden purple background.
Changing the templates in Theme settings for Categories has no effect?? Please help as this appears to be spreading through the site, we’ve also noticed pages suddenly losing their assigned templates to revert to the default one.

I’m afraid but My question is about single product page.
I checked the stock status and it is “out of stock”.
As this video shows, on the product list page or product category page…the button shows “read more” if the product is out of stock. Like this page below.

It seems that the functionality from Woocommerce is not working.

For now, I`m planning to have a shop with a single pic for every brand and I don’t want customers to order throughout my page, but want them to redirect on the original brand/product/service page so they can continue with the purchase. Any suggestions on how to set that kind of shop?

1. I can not see any black line at the top on the homepage in your website. Did you mean the sticky header or the top bar menu?
2. This demo uses the responsive version for mobile. A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
Yes, you can import other templates and use mobile pages which are fully customizable and could be so different than desktop version, so you should build and assign them to each desktop page you need. If you do not build for every page, then for the rest of the pages you’ll have the responsive version of your desktop automatically. I created a custom template for Woocommerce products page using the Woo Product Blocks.
Even when the product is out of stock, “Add to cart” button still shows “Add to cart”.
Is there any way to disable the button and show “Out of stock” instead when it is sold out?

This product is out of stock but still I can see “Add to cart” and only it shows error message after clicking the button.
I understand you have no options for this switching but I will be happy if you tell me how to control by adding function code or something.

Hi there,
I’m using your template to build a really simple site. Everything works fine except one small issue on post pages.
My post pages are simple, using the same setup site-wide. 1 row for the article with related posts under it, and a sidebar. That works fine.
When i scoll down to the end of a single article (and reach the end of the related posts), it loads another article. The whole setup, article+related+the sidebar again. If i scroll even more down usually it loads another 2-3 times. I coudn’t find any reason or solution, and if im in editing mode it also works fine.
Help me out here pls 🙂
I have downloaded the template “Footer – Pulses PRO” and have edited it on the homepage. But when viewing the footer on the article pages, the footer is completely deconfigured, showing what I show in the images.

My website Hoem Page is fully setup. I am trying to setup the Single Post page. The cloud “Single Post Template – Default pro”shows the whole Home Page. When I delete something from it it deletes that content from Home Page also. I want to setup Post display different from Home Page. I tried to work on the Single – Blank Template. Same problen there – it shows all content of Home Page and Home Page gets deleted when I edit it.
How can I setup a Sigle Post Page different from Home Page ?

I’m trying to build a Single Post Template which will control the look of all Single Post pages.
I started from a completely blank Single Post Template from the Cloud Library. On the Single Post Template I have created two columns in a row so that the elements are side-by-side. This renders correctly when I view the Single Post Template.
However, when I view a Single Post to which the Template has been applied, the two columns are condensed into a single column.

I have tried globally disabling any side-bars, both on the Single Post Template and on Single Posts, but I’ve been unable to get the Single Post to correctly show both columns side-by-side.
I’m not sure what else to try.

I apoligize in advance if this is a stupid question (or already asked), but I am trying to quickly get to know Newspaper and I can’t get a solution for this.
I am using the Revenant style and want to have Categories pages with a big image on top of each category page that represents what the category is about. Then I want this image and the category title to appear on my homepage.
How can I get a Category page with a specific image as I want? Should i create a dedicated category page for each of my category starting from the standard Category template?

If you want a special category and a special subcategory(I mean different than others), then you need to assign different template for each category or duplicate them.
There is a global template which is by default set by you for all your category, posts,etc, but you can assign a different template like this : https://www.screencast.com/t/rk0VZfQWk6n

If you need different header only on some posts, then you can duplicate the header and assign it for your special posts. Please note that your special posts need to have different template also then the other posts.

Hi,
I been testing all day long. Some mobile devices loads desktop landing page instead mobile:
I’ve deactivate plugins but anything happen. I did erase cache from hosting and seems to work for a while, but after some minutes, again mobile page doesn’t show as I designed. Some times erasing cache from browsers seems to work, but I can’t ask users to that every time right? Im not using mobile theme plug in or amp project plugin for the same reasons, right now I need to have control on the mobile page appearance, but it seems I can’t make it work. I hope you can help me.

Done! Only the “HEADER” remain the same, and in header I’ve just one for all pages/posts with Logo and Ads 728×90 px, and menù. Can help me please to change also header in some posts?
I have done the header for all website from Cloud template. If I change header in the duplicate page this change is reflected on all pages. i.e. if I delete the advertising at the top of the duplicated page and set as a favorite in some posts, the Ads also disappears from the other posts. Thanks

I recommend you to upload the images in full size in the Media Library.
Then you can go and edit pages and templates with the Tagdiv Composer. In the flex blocks you can choose which image size each should use: https://www.screencast.com/t/r3Dzcmj94gVL
The ideal size of the featured images depend on how big the elements(blocks) are in the template.

Please make sure you activated the Google Adsense code.
If the AdSense code needs to be set between head tags, this can be set in our theme in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes. Example: https://prnt.sc/1tju9qf -> https://prnt.sc/10jk7fq
For the random ads, I can recommend you to use auto ads and the code must be placed in analytics too.
Also, you can place the custom code ads using the Ad box and place it where you like in the cloud/pro templates.
Unfortunately, this can be done manually only and it is not automatically updated only the auto ads when you refresh the page.
