Hello!
I’m sorry, but I really do not understand which design you want because that one is a shop page. Let me explain which options you have:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want a responsive version for your mobile version, then you should uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin which has its own templates and your responsive version will appear automatically.
Thank you!
I have a problem on the “editorial” page (https://www.moviemag.it/redazione/). When I enter the editorial staff page I don’t see the team photos —> https://ibb.co/jTj3kjY
If I go to “edit with tagdiv composer” I see all the images. https://ibb.co/QvPCFz5
I reloaded all the images but nothing has changed. I also tried to add the template team from “cloud” but the images are seen only when they are in “composer”. When I save and view the page I do not see the images of the editorial staff.
I tried to disable “composer” and clear the cache. Then I reactivated “composer” and cleared the cache again but nothing changed. I don’t know what to do anymore. Help.
Thanks!
Hi there! thanks for supporting!
My question is the next: How can I change the png main background (shown in all pages) of the template and change for a image. Many thanks 😉
I have a page based on Cloud Templates after automaic update theme its look like default settings. How can I fix it? Another time, after updating, the content of the post disappears. There is only a footer and a header. Has no content
Hello,
To achieve that you can use a mobile page. Also, you can redesign the mobile page with tagDiv Composer, and you can set the Instagram widget where you want.
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8 -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
Also, if you want to use the mobile responsive, then you need to set the widget twice on the page, to hide it on the desktop the one you set it on mobile, and to hide the one on mobile from the sidebar, but this is not the best solution, because it loads twice on the page.
Thank you!
Hi,
It is frustrating that didnot get any message still now. I was waiting for long time from last friday. But not get any solution from your end even not only any single message. So I decide to reinstall the them. After installing the theme, I got 404 error where edit the Cloud Templates using tag div composer. page not found. Here is the url – https://dailygpost.com/image/Clipboard.jpg . can you please look into this matter because really I need help from your end. Waiting for your response.
Thank you
Hello, I’d like to change the 404 page address. How can I do it?
https://tribocutxi.com/tdb_templates/404-template/
Thank you.
It seems that when a tag or category page only has one post in it, the CSS for the header doesn’t load properly. I see that on other pages the CSS for the header is embedded into the page HTML, however for tags or categories where only one post is the result, this CSS doesn’t work properly.
I’m on the latest version 10.4 of the template and WP 5.7.2
Example: https://focusonclaims.com/category/events/
https://focusonclaims.com/tag/motorcycles/
https://focusonclaims.com/category/rideshare/
There are other examples also.
Hi,
We want to have an empty page without header and footer.
Thank you
Hello,
Seems you have a Single Post Template, then you need to edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/xqa3VfrI, select the “Single Post Author” and change the additional text => https://www.screencast.com/t/QkfaGBwvck3N
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
I am using the mobile theme currently. Will the site be much slower when I use the mobile page template builder?
Hello,
If I understood correctly, you made a mobile page for the homepage, so please make sure you set it => https://www.screencast.com/t/bYroSq7x8T9, also, the header and footer are taken from the standard ones. All you have to do is edit the mobile page, and in Manager (Website Manager) you need to import or the easy way is to convert the existent footer like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
If you don’t mean this please give me more details, screenshots.
Thank you!
Hello, David
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Better deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results, and assign the mobile page for page, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/lektAhyjd
Also, clear your cache.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
Let’s take these one at a time, to avoid misduerstandings.
In this page – https://blog.turkishairlines.com/en/authors/
I see the biography is indeed translated, but the author name is not it seems. There could be an issue there, I will have to test this on my end as well, and if the same happens I will notify the developer team immediately.
In an author page I see the that the biography and the name are not translated
– https://blog.turkishairlines.com/tr/author/elifdegirmenci/
– https://blog.turkishairlines.com/en/author/elifdegirmenci/
It should be changed if you used the string translation to translate it. I will test this as well.
Regarding the post count, I believe it will count all the posts the author has posted on the website. If you do not want this to happen, there are ways. I could either provide a solution for the author box you are currently using, or maybe you could use other elements in the author template instead of the author box
– https://i.imgur.com/oO2NYXU.png
Regarding the author base in the URL, I don’t think WPML can translate it
– https://wpml.org/forums/topic/author-url-is-not-translated/
You could try the solution provided there, if you would like o change the author base in the permalink.
I will be testing to see how it is on my test install, mainly the author name and bio. These should be changed if they are translated in the string translations in WPML. maybe there is a problem with it however. If I missed something let me know.
Thank you!
I have a mobile theme that I have edited and should be displaying in the mobile version. However, when I go to check it on my phone, it only shows “Latest articles” and has nothing from what the mobile version should actually look like.
https://gyazo.com/c2316255d5bc60f4797bdfc0d1819c01
https://gyazo.com/cee9e14bf09061b2b3639e1820c37689
To be honest, the solution I would like is to know how to set my mobile version as the template for mobile devices, instead of what it is right now. I don’t know if I have to go to the WordPress website and change it from there, or if it’s in the Newspaper theme settings; I’ve looked at both for quite a while and tried getting it to work, but it hasn’t. Though I showed only the homepage, this also happens to all the posts.
Another thing that I notice is that the mobile version links to another URL that isn’t the homepage, and that link also does not work.
My question is: how do I get the mobile template that I edited for the home page, and implement it into the mobile version for my home page without creating a new URL? In other words, if my website was google.com and my current mobile theme links to google.com/mobile-version, how do I get my mobile theme to be on google.com?
Thank you Anamaria,
I’ve already been able to hardcode a shortcode in a tagDiv composer module and have it show up on the page. But by hardcoding this module, it will be the same for every page using that template.
Can you indicate whether it’s possible to load content from the postmeta table from within a tagDiv composer build template?
Regards
Andy
Hello,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 5(models): 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
For this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello,

Usually, the problem is from a cache plugin, because you are using the mobile theme plugin, the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop (or vice versa). We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hi
I am developing the subject of ads with AdRotate.
If I enter the ad code <div> [adrotate banner = “3”] </div>
the ad is displayed in the Ad Box in the CustomAd tab in the tagDIV editor.
The AdRotate plugin counts views
It works great on the home page.
If I add the Ad Box field in the article / post in the same editor, the ad is displayed only in this one. (does not enter the code in the content of the entry, but in the fields between blocks.
How do I set this up for all entries? (regardless of category)
Using the Theme Panel and ADS menu, entering the same code: <div> [adrotate banner = “3”] </div> no advertisement is displayed at all. Will it be Custom ad or Article top, bottom, inline – no displayable ad.
I am asking for your support. Because you can definitely see that the system responds to the ad manager and links. Only once yes once no?
It can definitely be done. 🙂
greetings
Paweł Gawlik
ps. a solution to this problem for many Newspaper users.
Cześć
Rozwijam temat reklam z AdRotate.
Pozdrawiam
Paweł Gawlik

Hello,
Have you checked for admin-ajax error? Please verify the console when you try to save the changes for the template/page, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, please send the link to your website to investigate it.
Let me know the results!

Hi,
Some of my categories are not showing the content as they suppose to do. For example, the category page: “https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/category/tramites/” properly renders the styles and content, but the category page: “https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/category/ciudades/” doesn´t render the header styles and doesn’t load any posts.
The majority of the category pages have this problem and I was not able to determine why. I checked on the theme panel and they inherit the same templates and looking at them in tagdiv composer they also have the same blocks, etc.
Also, my 404 pages behave the same, the template: “https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/tdb_templates/404-template-default-pro/” works ok, but if I write a non existing page e.g. “https://www.lifeinbelfast.es/sdfhsdhds” it shows the same problem I deescribed.
I also cleared the cache, disable the plugins, etc. but the problem persists.
The rest of the blog posts, pages, HomePage, etc. work fine. Please, can you have a look at this?
Thanks,
Gonzalo

Hello,
This is the way that our theme builder is working. Using tagDiv Composer you can build pages and cloud templates and this is done on the front-end where you will see exactly how the website looks when you add elements, but in the back-end, those pages and cloud templates are builder using shortcodes. That is why when you open a page in a WordPress editor it is displayed only shortcodes.
So, if you want to copy the shortcodes for the header, then edit only the template header, copy the code and add it in a blank header template and after assign it on the pages where you want => https://we.tl/t-GnmtCu0pPT
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
