Hi,
I’m using the Newspaper theme and I have a question regarding pagination on category pages.
On my category template I’m using Flex Block 1. In the block settings I can only see AJAX‑based pagination options (Load More, Infinite Load, Next/Prev). However, I would like to use classic numbered pagination instead, for example:
1 2 3 4 …
This is important for SEO, because numbered pagination allows Google to crawl and index deeper category pages (/page/2, /page/3, etc.), while AJAX loading does not.
My question is:
Is there any way to enable traditional numbered pagination on a category page that uses Flex Block 1?
Do I need to switch to a different block or template, or is there a setting that disables AJAX and restores standard pagination?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Here is an example of my category page where I would like to enable standard pagination:
https://polishexpress.eu/category/uk/
Thank you – that is really helpful.
I can’t seem to get here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/ – if I open my post template I don’t see anything w flex blocks? I tried also on my home page where i use Block 3 but don’t see caching there either.
Hello,
“Performance Optimization
Among the most anticipated features are options to minify and aggregate inline CSS of blocks, accessible directly from the Theme Panel. Additionally, you can now hide the mobile menu and mobile search functions, offering a cleaner user experience on mobile devices.” – here is how you can enable those options:
-> Footer delayed load https://prnt.sc/FS34hBno40sx (under the theme panel > footer > footer delayed load)
-> MINIFY INLINE CSS and AGGREGATE INLINE CSS – https://prnt.sc/en14t6CQChM- (under the theme panel > block settings> inline css)
-> Don’t load on mobile/desktop, this option is only on the cloud header for HEADER MENU https://prnt.sc/udlAW4icvSPP on HEADER MENU STICKY https://prnt.sc/9pKnilQdWyex on MOBILE MENU https://prnt.sc/ff7fRQvTnaXt and on MOBILE MENU STICKY https://prnt.sc/Mm-4mbC4WB68
-> Flex Blocks cache – https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
“The Newspaper Theme has leveled up its performance by optimizing the Theme Panel’s color settings through CSS variables. Moreover, JavaScript files will only be loaded when they are needed, which should noticeably improve the website’s speed.” – yest this is apply as long you are using cloud tenmplates, so if you do not have the tagDiv STandard pack plugin in used (this is loading all css and js even if is not need), then it will load only the js and css that will be used on that page/template.
Also, it is recommended to use a good cache plugin and even Cloudflare (CDN)
Thank you!
thanks for your reply, I already use a code in template_redirect action in funcitons.php, see below, to remove some sections and automated pages that I don’t need anymore on a specific site.ho provato ad incollare il codice ma wordfence non mi lascia inviare il messaggio. I tried pasting the code, but Wordfence won’t let me send the message. Basically, I’m using a wp_die with a 410 response, and it works, but I’d like to include a design that’s more similar to the site pages created with TD Composer, Cloud Template or modules.
Hi
Is there a way to create a cloud template, or a way to handle 410 pages in the same way as 404 pages, but with a different message, something like not ‘Page not found’ but ‘Page removed’ or something similar?
Thanks, Luca

Hi,
I see that you no longer have the coming soon mode and that the prebuilt website installed is Pulses Pro (this demo), so the solutions are exactly those I mentioned above. The best solution will be using the first method:
1. To use the option for a unique article on the homepage using wordpress editor – https://prnt.sc/MWs2ytZHk8kB scroll to the bottom, there under the Page Template Settings, open the Unique articles tab and enable it https://prnt.sc/SKjrD-FGiIOQ. After that, save/update the page and the results will be different articles in each block – https://prnt.sc/nznA2bCFFH6g
Hi,
This can be done using teh theme builder, tagDiv Composer, you need to edit the pages and cloud template – https://prnt.sc/mNIgUHjnA0p8 and select the manager https://prnt.sc/Het4gcxlNRhU. After that in the font tab, you can edit the fonts you want on that page/template. There are also some settings in teh theme panel for fonts. For more details, you can check our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Thank you!
One trick is to use the full width footer template and build your layout based on copying the HTML you have on the front page.
Site is here.
Clicking on the serach icon on the desktop opens the search popup for some time, input is not working, clicking anywhere on the page closes the popup and the whole page is locked – can’t click on anything.
Claude is saying there’s a mobile version present at the same time and this somehow blocks the whole page. This is a fresh installation of the site (works on the old version), we have been trying different prebuilt sites and cloud templates, maybe something broke it.
Hello,
If you would like this section to appear across the entire website, the implementation will be slightly more complex. It will need to be integrated into the footer template rather than simply placed at the bottom of an individual page, which appears to be the current setup.
A suitable approach would be to create a child theme and modify the footer template within it. From there, the desired section can be added so that it displays consistently across all pages.
Please note that the Newsmag theme offers more limited frontend customization compared to Newspaper. As a result, certain adjustments particularly those involving templates often require changes within a child theme, especially when the needed options are not available in the theme panel settings.
Thank you.
I had ChatGPT review my website for security vulnerabilities. This is what it said:
A second confirmed issue is that the site publicly exposes a theme builder template endpoint at /tdb_templates/single-post-template-uk-london-news-pro/. That page contains sample placeholder content like “Sample Post Title!” and tags such as “art”, “test”, and “wordpress,” which should not normally be useful to the public. This is an information disclosure problem: it helps attackers fingerprint your stack and theme behavior, and it tells them you are running a WordPress setup with tagDiv-style template builder pages exposed.
Does that endpoint need to be exposed? I don’t use that template.

Hi,
I’m not sure I fully understand your setup, but category templates can only be assigned to categories. For pages, you should create them using tagDiv Composer, either build one from scratch or import a pre-made layout and customize it as needed. Once you have a page you like, you can duplicate it and simply update the content to create new pages while keeping the same structure.
Also, based on your screenshot, it looks like you’ve created mobile templates for categories and are using a plugin to assign them. However, for pages, you haven’t selected a mobile version, so the responsive design is being used instead.
Mobile pages/templates should only be used if you want a different layout or content on mobile compared to desktop. Otherwise, the default responsive version is sufficient, and you don’t need a separate mobile page/template.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. For the font issue, you can try the OMGF plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/host-webfonts-local/. It helps host Google Fonts locally and often improves performance. Also, check whether your caching plugin includes any optimization settings for Google Fonts, as that can make a difference.
2. I understand the concern. I recommend adding a custom class https://prnt.sc/5AtT-epD1137 to the element where you want to apply custom CSS. This approach helps you avoid conflicts like the one mentioned earlier. Keep in mind that on each page, template IDs such as tdi_1 are generated dynamically, starting from 1 and incrementing based on the number of elements—so they may change and aren’t reliable for targeting.
Thank you!
Please help how to apply same category template to page template I need for mobile website version, on mobile menu is not working.

Hi,
That section is not a page template it’s dedicated to importing all available pages from the cloud library. This means you can import any page from any demo that has been uploaded there.
If you want to create pages with a similar or identical structure to the Revenant demo, you can simply duplicate a page you like—for example, the homepage: https://prnt.sc/4NK53KxWK8wp then, edit it using tagDiv Composer and adjust the elements as needed.
Thank you!
Hi,
We need Revenant Page Template it is missing and page mobile layout change are not working, cannot be applied it is blank, how can i import it, maybe it is deleted? Please give me instructions

Hello
On my site I have a custom template with a featured image block. When I paste link to Vimeo video and do not upload image, it shows the video on the page, but when I use a flex block to display video thumbnails it is blank. Ex. see last video on this page https://klf.dk/videogalleri/
What do I need to adjust?
Thanks
Hi,
In order to be able to have comments in post, you need to make these settings -> https://i.imgur.com/83CnhKi.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/
Also, in your case you are using a pro demo and you need to edit the single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library using tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/1kebAnv.png and add the single post comments where you want to have it -> https://i.imgur.com/i9pnmBJ.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
I’ve found a custom code not compatible with tag div composer. I removed it and all started to work again.
This custom code tried to solve the next problem:
– I use Polylang for language management.
– I created custom posts with custom taxonomies
– i have configured a cloud template for the header and the footer that is used across all site
– i have set english versions of the Header and the footer as “Global Template”
MY PROBLEM IS:
The template translates properly header and footer in normal template pages (pages, single and category) but when it renders page templates for custom taxonomies or custom posts the footer doesn’t show in the language selected.
Any solution for this? I think a months ago i found a post that pointed that problem as a bug not resolved.
Hi,
No, there’s no issue. The CSS code is targeting an element within the TagDiv Composer that supports custom styling. This approach is commonly used when you want the styles to apply only to a specific page or template. https://prnt.sc/AvVniXmsT4SB
In this case, the RTL demo requires some additional CSS adjustments to ensure certain elements display correctly in the RTL version.
Thank you Calin,
here is the situation: https://www.pignetotv.it/wp-content/uploads/Default-PRO-vs-Default-RTL-PRO.png
Above is the “Header Template – Default PRO”, below is the “Header Template – Default RTL PRO”: in the “Header Template – Default RTL PRO” there is a line of code (CSS code) that i don’t see in “Header Template – Default PRO”.
The exact same situation also occurs for “Homepage Template”, “Footer Template”, etc.
Thank you very much for your attention.
Hi,
If you want to add shortcodes to a page or a Cloud Template, please use the Shortcode element.
If you don’t see the Shortcode element in tagDiv Composer, make sure you’re using the latest theme version (12.7.5).
Hi,
From your screenhost, I see that you are using mobile templates, which are normally used only when you want the mobile version of the website to be different from the desktop version. If you want to be as on a desktop, then is no need of that, the theme has a responsive version, which can be adjusted with tagDiv Composer by selecting the mobile viewport – https://prnt.sc/DlK-25TLvJL7
Also, using a mobile page template, you must be sure that the cache plugin used can offer a separate cache for mobile and desktop, otherwise, it will deliver the wrong version on the wrong device.
Related to the menu, those can be created under Appearance> Menu and https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/ and should be set on the menu elements with tagDiv Composer, by selecting the desired menu https://prnt.sc/3qIFiPoJkPz9 – https://prnt.sc/Y2qo5NAGV5W7
