Try to regenerate them using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
Not sure why, but the large picture on block 1 and 2 get blurry on my front page (www.nordsip.com)
When you click on the article, the featured picture is not blurry.
I’ve tried uploading both a .gif and a .jpg but it doesn’t make a difference.
Then I’ve regenerated the thumbnails a few times, and I’ve also activated retina. But none of it works. Can you help?
Thanks!
It not change affter i using Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
This is my site , “https://giadinhhanhphuc.vn”
please help me check it
Thanks
Hi,
I see you are using module 16 for the search page results
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TFY7EaVCFMH
That module uses the WordPress thumbnail size set here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Ix9iv9srO4C
If you modified that value, it will affect the thumbnail used by that module. Change the module to a different one or revert to default WordPress thumbnail size and regenerate the thumbnails

Thanks
Hi,
Maybe the thumbnails have not been generated properly, please try to regenerate them. This is a guide

Then clear all caching and CDN if used. If there is still a problem, provide a link to your website so we can take a look.
Thanks
Hello themesic,
1)You should restore all of your additional customization regarding on your Slider and try to use the Stretch Row with Content like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZC7paEQa
2)Our theme does not have any such an option for wp-cli’ regenerate, sorry!
Thanks.
This is not what I asked.
Let me rephrase and please answer to the specific questions below:
Question 1)
I’ve added a -5% left and right padding to Big Grid 6.
Thus, bigger images than 1068×580 will be needed in desktop for Big Grid 6.
Running regeneration plugin, will regenerate images according to the original size, not to the one thats really needed after this padding.
Should I change a line in code? or a setting regarding thumbnails’ sizes? If yes, please be specific.
I tried uploading a new image and problem still exists. This means that it wont be solved after a regeneration of images at all.
Question 2)
Is there a quicker way than wp-cli’s regenerate? Im not talking about regeneration plugin – im talking about wp-cli which avoids the http request of regenerate thumbnails plugin, making the process much quicker.
Our website contains 40.000 images and Im wondering if WP CLI is the best way to go with this.

No offence, but if you are not familiar with the above terms or tasks, please escalate this ticket to a higher level of support, so I can get the proper answers.
Understoodable.
So, after regeneration, will those be fixed?
If yes, is there a quicker way than wp-cli regenerate? Our website contains 40.000 images
Hello themesic,
I have inspected your website and I saw your errors with the images. So, the first one image at the top is not right displayed because your image is too short and the theme does not enlarge the image but only crop it. Please check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/W7piR96tXoe Try to use another image.
Regarding the others, you should try to regenerate again all the images, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
We will try to help you with the problems you are having.
1. Don’t know what exactly you want to insert. Once installed and active the option to edit pages with the tagDiv composer will appear in many places
– https://www.screencast.com/t/YlNOVF86vq5w
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zJKN2fCS267e
– https://www.screencast.com/t/UYKSKp24zST
2. The weather widget works properly if you configure it as specified here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/weather-widget/
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0PKq7X7tygs
I have checked top bar and widget and they are both working. Try changing the API key and make sure you use valid locations.
3. If you could provide some more details about what exactly is the problem it would be helpful. For the posts I inspected I see that you use post template 5, this template does not display the featured image in the post page
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/
The thumbnails that are created seem to not be created properly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cO2cr4Xd88
The module you are using for the blog page uses this thumbnail
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bEmz1toX5Vx
Please regenerate the thumbnails using this guide, this should re-create all the thumbs
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/regenerate/
Thanks
Hello Mayapur Voice,
Try to recreate your pages made with VC with TD Composer, regenerate again the images with Force Regenerate plugin and Thumbnails Regenerate and check the results. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello greenboxae,
You should regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate and Thumbnail Regenerate plugin. It is helpful only in case of thumbnails problems
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
But after the regeneration process is done, the plugin would not be needed anymore. You can deactivate it safely.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
It would seem that the thumbnails are not created properly for those images. All the thumbnails should be of the same size in a block which uses a single module. I would suggest that you regenerate the thumbnails
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Then clear the cache and check if the issue is solved. If there is still an issue, please provide a link to the website so we can take a look.
Thanks
I wanted to create an “unfollow” link in a post when on the “Via” and “Source” links. I tried using the standard “http://somewebsite.com/” rel=”nofollow”>nameoflink“. But when I use the “unfollow” tag in the “Via” and “Source” placeholders in any Newspaper post,it doesn’t work. The “no follow” link, when clicked, will just regenerate the same post, in effect just reloading the same post. Can you advise me how to fix this?
Hi guys, love the theme, been using it for ages now and i’ve finally got it looking pretty after many years of hard work. (http://www.thestyledivision.com)

When I use the search function the thumbnails don’t work but I double checked and all the images are loading fine individually.

The same happens in the sidebar using Block 15

In the ‘Block Settings’ panel everything is turned on and I’ve tried to regenerate the thumbnails to no avail. Any other ideas?
Hello,
If you change it to another thumb you have to regenerate the thumbnails afterwards. If I change it to 1068×580 it works fine.
It is 580, not 508. Please check this list to see all available thumbnails:
https://www.screencast.com/t/ayLrD1rLsSgO If you try 508, it will not change the thumb.
Thank you!
Hi Catalin, So it can be entered you say?
What code do I need to paste? I am using Block 4 : http://testpagina.brainer.nl/homepage-v2/
Regarding the thumbnail size. As you can see in my latest anweser. The regenerate plugin from Alex Mills doesn’t seem to work. Are there any ways or alternatives to get the full size for block 4?
Thanks!
You could add a new module or block, or modify an existing one to display a different thumbnail. Add modules/blocks like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/api-modules-introduction/
Add thumbnails sizes like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/api-thumbnail-introduction/
Use the custom size on existing modules or new modules you add. Be sure to regenerate the thumbnails after making any changes

Hello seawild,
You should regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate and Thumbnail Regenerate plugin. It is helpful only in case of thumbnails problems
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
But after the regeneration process is done, the plugin would not be needed anymore. You can deactivate it safely.

Hello brenbrinkman,
I did not saw any pagination to your homepage, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rSIDHwsyckVV The pagination can be centered using such a custom CSS code. Regarding on images, it seems to work as expected after you have regenerated them. Where is the problem?
Thanks for your understanding!
Try this plugin to regenerate your images https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/. Check it under the tools section of the wp-admin dashboard after installing.
Oh sorry. Do mind the first question. The regenerate thumbnail plugin doesn’t seem te work at all. Can you still anwser my first 2 questions?
Thank you!
Don’t mind the first question because I fixed it! I downloaded the regenerate thumbnail plugin which solved the problem.
That only leaves me with the second question. Is it possible to center the pagination?
Thanks!
Hello bellendir,
For more information about our mobile theme, please check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Regarding on images on the block, try to regenerate all of your images using the Force Regenerate plugin with Thumbnail Regenerate, clear all the caches and check the results. Hi Edward,
Thanks for testing. It seems to be an issue with my computer then. I tried both Ctrl+R and Ctrl+F5 but still the problem persists. I am happy to hear though that on other computers it looks fine!
I just had another idea and have done some testing. I think it has to do with screen resolution. My laptop’s standard screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 with text/app size, etc. on 125 % when I have this issue. I have now switched to 1366 x 768 and text/app size on 100 % and the issue is gone. Hence, there seems to be trouble with high screen resolutions but again only in Firefox. It looks fine in all other browsers.
I have thus now tried and activated all available image sizes in the theme panel – also the ones actually not required by my setup – including retina version. I have then regenerated all thumbnails and cleared all caches. Still, in Firefox, the grey bar remains for the high resolution.
Would you have any idea how to solve this? Otherwise I’ll probably have to give up on it as I am out of ideas now.
Thanks for your help!
