Please notice that this type of image is too smaller than the size of the thumbs and you should use the Thumbnail Upscale with Regenerate Thumbnail plugin. Our theme uses the system of cropping from center to top. The theme uses thumbs to reduce the page size and speed up page loading time. From each image uploaded are generated thumbs for each thumb size used by the theme. Basically, when a post it’s displayed on the page in a block, the featured image displayed is not the one which you uploaded in the media file, it’s a thumb cropped from the original image at the precise dimension. To change the picture orientation most likely you will need a different cropping system. You have to check the td_config.php from our theme and you have to change the value from each thumb, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/NEHwe6r4 We have this type of cropping because this is the most useful one and our developers have decided to implement it in our theme. For more information about this, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ After you have dome some modifications in this regard, you have to use Regenerate Thumbnail plugin for a good results.

Hi,

1) Sorry, but we have not tested the TECNO browser and we cannot say for sure how it will display as we have no TECNOo device. We will look into this though.
2) The images do fit automatically inside the container if you have the thumbnail activated and thumbnails regenerated. But if the image is too small (smaller than the container) then the theme will not enlarge it. The theme only crops images, it does not enlarge them.
3) The option exists. There is a multiple category filter where you can add category id’s to filter multiple categories: http://screencast.com/t/0mcJIef831
4) Our theme has no such option but there could be plugins that can do this. We cannot say for sure as we have not tested any such plugins.
5) If you use a caching plugin, then you need to activate this option from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/eqB0ud0RM9

Hi,

1) The theme will use the image sizes as best it can, but if you plan on useng the images with a biger container than 620 * 300 then the images will not display properly. You should use a thumbnail regenerate plugin like this guide shows: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
and if you cannot update bigger images, use the thumbnail upscale plugin and regenerate thumbs after activation.

2)You can remove the theme ads and there will be no space remaining after you remove them.

As I explained you above, this is not a simple task that involves custom work. Below I gave you an example on how could you change the size of the Slider but please notice that you need some additional customizations in order to achieve best results, it is just a hint.

The code is ->

If you want to change the size of the Slider for each device, you have to use @media queries and set the size of the code for each one. For more information about this attribute, please consult here -> http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_mediaquery.asp As a hint, after you finished your changes you should use the Thumbnails Regeneration to regenerate your thumbnails.

The thumbnail upscale plugin needs the regeneration of the thumbs. After you have it active, please run ‘force regenerate’ and check again.

This issue usually comes from uploading images that are smaller than the container. The theme crops images but it does not enlarge them. Your images need to be at least the size of the thumbnail used for your grid.
If your images are big enough, then you can follow this guide to fix the strange looking images: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
you can use the thumbnail upscale plugin as it will enlarge images to fit the containers but you need to also regenerate thumbs afterwards.

I suppose that your thumbs are not fit with the featured image in your website because the size of the images is not properly. Please try to use Thumbnail Regeneration to regenerate your thumbs and Thumbnail Upscale to enlarge the images if its are too small for your thumbs. Also, please notice that kinds of plugins are not tested with our theme but many our customers use them and are more satisfied to their functionality. Our theme uses a lot of predefined thumbnails in blocks and modules. If you check the Theme panel->Block settings area you can see the list with all dimensions of the thumbs wich is used in the theme and which elements -> blocks/modules uses -> http://screencast.com/t/tQuimSer9 If you want to exclude the cropping system wich you have to use the right dimension for your images.
