Also take a look at this tutorial regarding page speeed increase: https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/
Please make sure that you upload your logo at it’s full size: https://www.screencast.com/t/bPR9afpS3xl
For the header bar use this css code: `.td-header-style-12 .td-header-menu-wrap-full {
height: 90px;
}`
The code must be pasted here: https://www.screencast.com/t/J1Nxw5s5
The footer part where you have editor picks cannot be edited but you can choose from a lot of option found in Theme Panel – Footer. Also the Footer info can be edited from there too.

Hello !
Usually this happens due to low wp-memory value, try to set it to 256M if possible
– https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
In some cases adding the code mentioned at the end of the guide in the htaccess file solved the problem.
In others changing the PHP version to 7.0 or 7.1 worked. It could also be caused by security plugins or security server modules, or file permissions.
If nothing works, we could take a look at it. Send us admin login as well as cPanel at contact@tagdiv.com so we can investigate.
Thank you !

Hi,
Be sure to follow the theme install guide carefully – https://tagdiv.com/how-to-install-newspaper-theme/
When downloading the theme from themeforest, there will be 2 options. First is to download the full theme package (the actual theme zip is inside it), and second to download just the theme zip – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
If you attempt to install the full package there will be problems. Also please check the theme requirements guide with our recommendations for the server and WordPress parameters

Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks

Hi, My host says this: “I have gone through that list and did have to make a couple of changes to your config to match with what the developer asked for.
Let us know if anything else is required.
Server requirements:
– WordPress 4.0 or later thumbsup WordPress 5.2.2
– Apache or Nginx thumbsup We use Nginx
– php.ini memory limit: 40MB (recommended: 96M)
– PHP version 7.0 or greater (recommended: PHP 7.2) thumbsup PHP 7.2
– MySQL version 5.0 or greater (recommended: MySQL 5.5 or greater)
Our theme requires that the GD Library and mbstring php extensions are enabled on the server.
WP Memory Limit: This parameter sets the amount of memory used by php and by default WordPress can go up to 40MB. To avoid Memory Exhausted error this parameter should be set to at least 256MB and this can be done from WordPress wp-config.php file.
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); thumbsup Changed to 256MB
WP Debug: It is an option intended for development, it controls the reporting of some errors and warnings. It may display unwanted messages so you should disable it on your side. The default value is false.
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); thumbsup Set to False by default
Php.ini parameters
— max_input_vars = 5000 thumbsup I upped this from 4000 to 5000
— max_execution_time = 300 thumbsup Increased to 300 from the default 30
— post_max_size = 50M thumbsup
— upload_max_filesize = 50M thumbsup Already set to 300M

I am trying to update the footer and AMP settings to my website, http://masteringhealthhappiness.com/, but when I click Save Settings in the Theme Panel, the icon showing things are processing (box made up of smaller boxes, spinning), just keeps spinning. I have already check to see if it would work with non-TagDiv plugins removed and have reviewed your system requirements page.
Thank you,
Amy
