What if you force refresh the page?(Ctrl+Shift+R) Is it happening if you try with a different browser? Also try with plugins deactivated (except theme plugins).
Be sure to check the theme requirements guide as well, could be insufficient resources. The code at the bottom of the guide entered in the htaccess file solved various composer issues

Hi,
Usually that is fixed by entering the code provided at the bottom of the theme requirements guide, in the htaccess file
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If you don’t have access to the server files, contact the hosting provider, they should be able to help you.
Check the other parameters in the guide as well, increase the WP-memory for example if needed. Having sufficient resources is a must for a proper theme and theme plugins functionality.
Let us know if this works or the problem remains.
Thanks

Hi,
From what I can see the text fields are not loading for some reason. Try to force refresh the page in the browser (Ctrl+Shift+R), also test in a different browser, check browser extensions as well.
If there is still a problem, please investigate plugins, make a quick test and deactivate them all except theme plugins. Check if the problem is solved.
Also check the the theme requirements guide carefully

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible.
The issue was solved by adding this code in the .htaccess file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
Also make sure that all theme plugins are updated and activated, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still some problems please provide some screenshots and some more details with this problems.

Hi,
Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized.
Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ you can increase the page speed loading and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because the speed optimization services are not covered by our support policy, as you can read here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ Check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ regarding on dedicated server to fit our requirements.
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. If you want to read other views from our users, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tip-how-to-easily-minify-your-css-without-breaking-your-site/
Also, check all of your Ad Spots and if you have entered any suspicious code through them, remove all of them and check the results without them.
One of our top members here on the forum wrote his own optimization tutorial here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-chriss-custom-optimizations-for-functions-php-etc/ and here -> https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/
Basically, these are the theme requirements

Another useful guide for increasing the page speed can be found here -> https://kinsta.com/blog/google-pagespeed-insights/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
In some cases this issue was caused by insufficient WP-memory indeed. We recommend a value of 256M which would be enough for most websites
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also contact your hosting provider and ask them to install PHP 7.0 or 7.1 for example, that version you are using is quite old and could lead to problems. Usually thsi can be done in the cPanel
– https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/cpanel/php-version-change/
– https://www.pickaweb.co.uk/kb/change-php-version-and-modify-php-settings-with-cpanel/
– https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/cpanel/cpanel-software-and-services/changing-php-versions-and-settings-in-cpanel
Let us know the results.
Thanks

Hi,
Most likely the WP-memory has been exhausted. The theme, theme plugin and the other plugins you install will require more memory, we recommend a value of 256M which would be enough for most websites
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
The hosting provider should be able to increase the WP-memory and the other parameters mentioned in the guide if necessary. Then the issue should be solved.
Thanks
Hi,
We could take a look at it. Send us admin login as well as cPanel at contact@tagdiv.com for the investigation. Usually this happens due to low wp-memory value, this would be the recommended value
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In some cases adding the code mentioned at the end of the guide in the htaccess file solved the problem.
In others changing the PHP version to 7.0 or 7.1 worked. It could also be caused by security plugins or security server modules, or file permissions.
If you send us an email, please include a link to this topic in it.
Thanks

Hi,
Regarding the hosting: all requirements are met. Verified by the hosting support too.
After disabling all the plugins even the cache plugin too the theme is not working.
If you need the login credentials I can provide them. I don’t know if I can share it here.
I have to do some changes to the website urgently so I am very under pressure. Please help.
Can you send me an older version of the theme?
Thank you.
Zsolt
I am having an issue with Tag div composer! some options are not displaying fully on the Tag div composer, everything else works fine. I checked the requirements for tag div composer and it does meet all the requirements.
Have a look at these https://www.screencast.com/t/BkPIvLmw1MT7 , https://www.screencast.com/t/s5522GxBUt
Hi,
That is an error displayed usually when installing a demo, it could be caused by incorrectly set permissions
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/
Also be sure to set wp-debug to false in the wp-config file
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If you already tried this and the problem remains, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
Most issues with the composer are caused by limited resources allocated by the server. Hosting providers set limits or lower values by default, this may cause problems with the theme and theme plugins.
We created this requirements guide for a proper functionality, it is enough for most websites
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is important to read it top to bottom and if needed ask the hosting provider to make he necessary changes. Be sure to add the last code from the guide in the htaccess file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ljKH9l76P
Chances are that after fulfilling the requirements will solve this issue. If it does not please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel if possible. We will take a look. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
