This is my website kasgeek.com. All requirements are OK
But even all your previous suggestion:
1-Impossible to customize image( image don’t change even when I choose another), same thing with logo
2-any Theme panel modification doesn’t affect the website. It seems that theme panel and demo loaded not synchronous.
this bug wastes me enough time for a job to be done

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
All the pro DEMOS use cloud library templates meaning that they are fully editable using tagDiv Composer and also the theme will be lighter because the queries will be made only for the elements that are in the templates.
If you don’t resolve the problem, please send us a link for your website and some screenshots with the problem.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
I suggest setting the permalinks from WordPress-> Settings-> Permalinks, on Plain => https://www.screencast.com/t/aQVuDCyS and see if there are any changes.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible.

hi Calin and thanks for the reply. I’ll send an email immediately. I don’t want the refund: I want to use your theme because I know it’s probably the best … but I can’t get it to work.
All the requirements are met and there are no plugins, at the moment, that can interfere … I put all the access data and I am waiting for solutions and at your disposal.

Hi hansennn, If I’m right is possible to be a problem between the theme and some plugins or module security from host/server.
The best solution is to make a full backup to your website and database, then delete the theme and theme plugins and install the theme manually using FTP or cPanel https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ also during the theme installation, please disable all plugins and make sure that the theme requirements are set at least as in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
After the theme and theme plugins are installed make a test to see if those are working and only after that enable the rest of plugins to make sure that there are no plugins interfering with the theme settings.

Also for Newspaper the theme requirements are others https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also if you are using other plugin is possible that those to interfere with the theme, and make it slower.

hi, thanks for the reply. I am on Godaddy but ALL REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS are met.
Despite this, my site does not work, it is very slow in opening pages and it is ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY with your template.
I chose this theme because it was aesthetically very beautiful and because it was referred to as a “feather light theme” but that’s not true.
The theme is unmanageable.
Please: fix the problem or give me a refund, I can’t argue with a theme to see the site online! I have been going on for two months: I spent money to increase the hosting specifications but I didn’t get any results.

Please try this, i seemed to have this issue earlier aswell.
1. This problem can solved this problem in this way:
go in Newsmag > System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/St8rQKd.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
