Can you help?
Thanks
Hello!
Unfortunately, no. There is no setting to achieve that. Chevk the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
Thank you!
Is it possible to allow user reviews to be rated on a 0–10 points or 0–10 stars scale, or is the system strictly limited to a 5-star rating?
Hello!
You should use the review shortcodes to display the reviews and some settings. Follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
Thank you!
Hello! I’m using the Echoverse theme and looking to write reviews/critiques for my site, but when I try to fill in the details in the Review tab under Post Settings in WordPress and preview the post, it doesn’t show up. Any fixes?

Hello,
I’ve run into an issue while working with the TD Shop plugin. It appears that none of the standard WooCommerce hooks are being triggered when the plugin is active. For example:
• woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_button
• woocommerce_before_variations_form
• woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_quantity
• woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_form
The same seems to apply to the Checkout page, where the following hooks are not firing:
• woocommerce_checkout_before_order_review
• woocommerce_review_order_before_shipping
• woocommerce_review_order_before_order_total
I’ve confirmed that disabling the TD Shop plugin restores the expected behavior—these hooks fire normally once the plugin is turned off. However, when TD Shop is active, these standard WooCommerce actions are no longer executed.
This limitation makes it difficult to utilize third-party plugins or custom functionality that rely on these hooks.
Do you happen to have a list of TD Shop-specific hooks or an alternative approach we could use to extend functionality in a compatible way?
Thanks in advance for your help.
I may be wrong, but I thought I read in the update notes for a version of Newspaper that you had added an option to consolidate inline styles into a css stylesheet file.
I can’t find it, does this option still exist?
And if not, how can I optimise the loading of inline styles?
On some slow servers with complex pages, the visual effect is ugly, the page doesn’t render correctly until it’s loaded.
Also, using Google’s Page Speed Insight, often the Computer version preview shows the page without the inline styles applied, and the report is incorrect: the performance counter returns a value of 100%, which is not realistic, and no optimisation tips are shown.
Could you please help me?
Thanks in advance, Luca

Hi,
Sorry for waiting for my reply.
This is a list of the issues and it’s very tricky.
—Newspaper Version 12.6.9 and TagDiv composer 5.3–
1. Ghost element
This element is not visible in TagDiv editor, this element is a RawHTML element (banner inside it is an image). Sometimes, if I’m using incognito, I can see on the desktop version but normally, no!. This is very confusing stuff!
From mobile screenshot, option is “desktop version”

Help
Thx
Hi,
Please check the console when you hit the save button and see if there is an error. With right-click -> inspect -> console -> select the error in the tab network -> preview, you can see the cause and check the suggestion from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-panel-settings-are-not-being-saved/ -> https://community.godaddy.com/s/question/0D58W00007ggvUDSAY/403-forbidden-error-not-sure-why
Thank you!
I have tried and double checked everything. No preview will appear on X. Every other platform works fine.
I have this issue on both sites that I run the Newspaper theme. Any other site I own/run does not have this issue.
Hi,
so, all morning I tried to fix the problem, but with no success. I manually edit and save YouTube embed codes, every time after I upload new YT video. So, I put it at the end of my article. Evertything was working fine. But now, after I clicked “save” through tagDiv Composer, it gave me some kind of error. When I clicked the article, my ads were missing, along with bottom part of the page (tags, related articles etc.). Also, my WordPress upper admin bar and editability function was missing, it was active only on the main (front) page. I tried do update, even manually change the files and plugins, but nothing. Now I have couple of versions of plugins etc.
I have this error, also lost the site logo. Can you please help? 🙂

Hello, Envato community!
I am experiencing difficulties translating the checkout page of the Newspaper template, which was developed using Tag DIV Composer. Despite several attempts, the translation isn’t being applied correctly.
I’ve reviewed the theme’s default settings and explored the Composer files, but I haven’t been able to resolve the issue. Has anyone encountered this problem or could offer tips on how to proceed to translate this page?
Thank you in advance for your help, and I’m happy to share more details if needed!

Hello,
Im looking for option to customize CPT review form – i want to hide title and comment review section – leave only stars. Could you add this feature?
Hello,
I’ve been working on modifying the Date Module in Flex Block1 of the Newspaper theme. My goal is to display the last modified date instead of the published date using Code Snippets. I attempted to override the output by applying a filter to get_the_time(), but the changes are not taking effect.
After reviewing the Date Module’s code, I noticed that the render() method directly calls either get_the_time() or get_the_modified_date() based on the date_type attribute.
Could you please advise if there is a recommended way to override this behavior using Code Snippets alone?
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Hello!
1. You can not use Newsletter without any additional service. But you can use the Leads shortcode, which is a part of the opt-in builder plugin that can collect only the emails. But there you can only exports the email addresses, there is not any additional feature.
2. You will receive a message that your review has been registered and is awaiting approval if you set in the first shortcode, the Review status: Pending.
Anyone can leave a reply to the reviews of your article by simply clicking on the “Reply” button. They shouldn’t disappear after a refresh. Instead, you should see this message: Your review has been published. Please refresh the page in order to see it. Make sure it is not because of some cache. Single Post User Reviews List will show your reviews.
Thank you!
