I have updated theme and visual composer, but not sure that problem is solved.
For some reason load time of site has increased as well.
Header images (previews of featured posts) almost never load.
Tried different browsers – same thing with everywhere, it’s just gives a grey screen.

I’ve been trying to use Advanced Custom Fields Pro, the WordPress plugin, for like a week now. Admittedly, most of that time was trying to figure out how to use it as it’s not all that intuitive, but I’ve managed to put together my Services and FAQs pages and they don’t seem to show up. When I open those pages, both in a preview and live on my website, none of the custom fields show. All you see is the title of the page and then nothing underneath.
I know about the “show” rules in ACF and have made sure that my custom fields are setup to show on the pages I need, so it’s not an issue with the plugin as far as I can tell. Is there some other part to this process that I’m not aware of? Or is there something about Newsmag that requires some type of tweak to get Advanced Custom Fields to work?

I can give you login information to fix the problem yourselves again, but I would prefer to have a solution I can implement myself, in case it happens again.
The last time we went through this by email, the solution was apparently to “clear the font buffer” – although I don’t think there is an option to do this through the UI, so it might just be something that the devs do whenever this happens. Do you know what this means, and can we do it ourselves?
Something seems to be broken with Visual Composer. It is use to show a preview of the page I was working on. Now there is nothing. No front end view on classic view. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

2)It is required for your website URL so I can further inspect your icons and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
3)You have to leave to active this option from your panel and then you have to use a bit of CSS code to do that. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custm CSS area.

For some reason featured images on my site have low quality, much lower then the original image.
I understand that theme might compress image to show to show smaller size preview, but when I am in the post the image is very-very low quality. When I open the image from its path: mystic.com/bla.bla/image.jpg it has normal quality, but in post it’s pretty bad.
I tested and put the same image within the body of the post and its was good quality.

Hi! I must say I really love this theme, it is almost out-of-the-box ready for our purposes, but I hope you can answer the following questions related to the changes we see necessary:
1. For the post templates, we would really love to have the default style with the text BELOW the top picture instead of above. Is this possible? I find it strange that this is not one of the pre-defined templates.
2. Our top menu consists of 3 elements. Is it possible to highlight ONE of the 3 menu elements with another background color? Example: http://www.screencast.com/t/W6jQvE3el
3. Under “Post Settings” I can turn off showing author and date for all posts. This affects both the frontpage and sidebar (preview of posts) AND the post page itself. I would like to turn off/disable this for the frontpage and sidebar, but still show author + date at the very top of all posts when on the post page. Is this possible?
4. For “Block 13”, can I also show the introduction and just not the title underneath the picture?

Hi there – on the category pages the preview thumbnails that belong to a post sometimes needs 16:9 and sometimes 4:3. This causes, that I have a white border in some cases on the image area, what does not look good.
How can I make shure that all images fill 100% of the image area on these overview pages? What options do I have?

Please notice that our theme does not have the links opening in New Windows. You can check our demo preview here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ and check what I mean. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just the Visual Composer to Active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. If could be possible that one of your untested plugins whcih you are using in the theme -> http://screencast.com/t/1zTU3b83 to interact whit our theme and create this behaviour of your links. Please try without these plugins and check after the results and also, let us know how it goes.

the problem is that I set up a slider, with slides, which is possibile to see in preview in the revslider backend, but it doesn’t show up in a normal Newspaper page.
It’s something I can’t understand and I think depends on something in your theme (in the plugin admin I can see the preview): I just put the shortcut in a text block (I tried with visual composer revslider 5 module too) and nothing appears on the front end.
Any directions?

I have to agree with @kognitoweb. Your theme is mobile friendly but it’s certainly not mobile ready. This is terrible.
My main page is the Bank Holidays page, and the menu is critical to any website. The fact is it doesn’t work. While pages are also available on other elements of the site, e.g. sidebar, it will render differently on different devices.
I’m going to give it a slating on Envato. It is bad.
Will be happy to change my review when the problem is resolved.

This has works perfectly by splitting the pages but there is one issue.
The pagination loads at the bottom of the page, below the socials icons, recommended articles and advertising.
I feel as if readers will assume the article is finished and not scroll all the way down.
Is there any way to move the pagination to the end of the actual title?
