I also want to show a taxonomy on the featured image in Flex Loop results (with Doctor Pro Module), like this one https://snipboard.io/kZiubT.jpg Is it possible? The other two modules (module 1 and 2) have this feature but I can’t show the reviews for some reason.

Is it possible that the reviews show percentages with 2 digits after the decimal point?

Hello,

Please let me know what are tours and places, CPT or taxonomy.
You can set what review you want to display here -> https://i.imgur.com/QyW79tH.png, so you can have different reviews. For this please make two cloud templates, and assign a template for tours and one for places.

Thank you!

Hi there, whenever i add a contact form template or a form template of any kind from the tagdiv composer cloud to my page, it does import with all the fields shown in the preveiw. It is just black and there is a box that says “raw html”. How do i get it to import all the fields?

Contact form not imported with all fields

This is what the contact form looks like in the preview

Hi – can we have different review criteria for different CPTs? For example, review criteria for tours vs places are going to be different in my directory. How can that be done?

Hi,
I have a problem with a site I have made for a client: https://antiaging.si/
The site is very different on desktop and on mobile.

Footer:
– On desktop and mobile I see different footers (diferrent social icons, different links…) I have checked the preview on Tag Div composer /Manager/Footer/General- desktop viewport (and phone viewport)
I cant find where to edit phone view?

Page: on my mobile I see only Big Grid Flex 5 and Latest posts which is very different from Phone view on
Tag Div composer /Manager/Footer/General- phone viewport …

Thanks for help

I am trying to design hyperlinks in letters.
How did you apply it, but today I can’t see the CSS code.
So when I try to apply it again, it doesn’t work. Please review the code to see if it is incorrect.

https://ibb.co/2MhCLMm

Is it correct to put the code here?
I applied it to Custom → CSS, is it okay to apply it here in the future?

Hi Bettina,

That’s what I have been doing, but the template always reverts to the global when I reopen the page.

I just tried it again and the new template name turned green when it was applied to the page:
New template assigned, link is green

Everything looked good. Then I closed the tab, clicked the preview button again (without refreshing or editing the back end), and now the global template is applied and the new template’s name is black again:
Global template applied, new template link is black again

I can apply a new template but it doesn’t stay applied for some reason. Am I missing a step?

Hi Bettina,

I am not able to get this to work. I published the new template, and I am able to change the template when I preview the page:

choose template

I choose the non-global template, and the page reloads to the new template. But if I close and reload the page the global template always comes back.

The product I’m testing this on is a draft. Does it have to be live for the template change to stick?

At some point inline images stopped displaying correctly in the editor and on the frontend.
Disabling most of the plugins did not resolve the issue. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

(The “inline image” is one of the context options for the regular Paragraph block and they typically display right along with the text at the correct image size, on the same line.)

Inside the editor: image hovers above the line after being added.

Appearance when previewing the post: a line break is automatically added in.

Hi, I used this page https://weliveinus.com/listing-details/ to add a listing. Location and vendor type are added as taxonomies. In the vendor detail page, like this one, https://weliveinus.com/vendors/vendor-1/, it has all the details. But in the search result page (with Doctor Pro module), it doesn’t show featured image, location or price.

If I switch to module 1 or 2, I can have featured image, but no review ratings or location.

The default theme font and font in the editor, are changed when previewing the site. I have tried a number of ways to remedy this also with godaddy support and this issue still persists.

I knew Doctor Pro plugin can show reviews, however, it didn’t show the featured image, and location and price were blank. See here https://snipboard.io/PDbnuv.jpg can you help me to show image, location and price? I click the vendor’s name and in the detail page I can see all these info.

Good morning, I have these two problems at http://www.huelvaya.es:
1) My old wordpress theme used a preview image size of 50×50 and this new theme I bought from you uses 150×150. I have installed several plugins to regenerate previews but in the home it keeps showing me the 50×50.jpg
When I change the default sizes, the new images do fit me well, but the old ones continue to be kept from the url 50×50.jpg instead of 150×150.jpg

2) When I enter wordpress I always get a TagDiv banner at the top that says “Bespoke Web Development & Design Services”, how can I remove it?

Hi,

Sorry, in the plugin Doctor Pro if a doctor has a review this is displayed on the block -> https://i.imgur.com/ZKgGr7G.png

Thank you!

Hi,

Yes, you need to change the modules -> if you use real estate then the review is displayed -> https://i.imgur.com/5AwSoqj.jpg

Thank you!

Hello,
Normally when you’re on amp, you don’t search on the site, but on a cached version delivered by Google, so the developers have no longer implemented certain requests that are made on the site, such as the one you mentioned, leaving a comment, review … these being possible only when you are on the mobile or desktop version but not on the amp version.
If you also want the amp plugin now to have this capability, what I can recommend is to use the mobile theme plugin only for the mobile version or disable it, and set the amp plugin to “Reader” – https://i.imgur.com/5aAi8Yz.png
Thank you!

for #3, I’m using the Flex Loop with mod 1, no review ratings shown. I changed to Flex Block X with mod 1, still no review ratings shown. Can you test on your end? I don’t think that has anything to do with editing the module, because I’m using the current features offered in the module, not to change anything.

Hi, I’m using flex loop filter to let users select available services in the regions. https://weliveinus.com/%e5%95%86%e6%88%b7%e9%a6%96%e9%a1%b5/

I have some questions here:

1. I like to use the button filter design. The only issue is I can’t tell the child taxonomies from parent taxonomies. They are all mixed together based on the time of creation and no way to sort them. It’s not user friendly when there are many child taxonomies(right now it is fine but I need to add many more). Is there anyway to make it easier to differentiate the parent taxonomies and child taxonomies? https://snipboard.io/zPlXAG.jpg

2. flex loop sorting options for the filter results: can we sort by review ratings?

3. results in Flex Loop: I prefer Mod 1 design but it doesn’t show review ratings even if I choose ‘show review’. https://snipboard.io/m74Fcr.jpg The other elements like comments, author and date all work but just review doesn’t work. I have to use Doctor Pro Mod but it doesn’t show vendor’s image and the location icon and price icon are empty…https://snipboard.io/PDbnuv.jpg so my quesiton is, how can I show review rating in Mod 1? If it’s not possible, how can I show vendor’s image in Doctor Pro Mod and show the data of location and price.

Thanks!
