Very strange. I can’t see it on my laptop (Ubuntu, with Firefox). However, I can see the add perfectly on my tablet. I just removed the top ad, the bottom add is still there.

First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins (Newspaper 7.4 with Visual Composer 4.12.1 and Social Counter 4.1) in order to achieve best results. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files, clear all your server cache (and if you do not have any access in this regard, please request this to the hosting provider to clear all of these) if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

We have encountered a very strange problem with our website. When we type its name at google app on IOS Devices and the google search link redirects to the page, the big grid section looks like hacked by online gambling websites as the news pieces at the big grid are replaced by some links to articles about online gambling. These links are directing to our very own website giving the impression that we have uploaded these articles ourselves. Is this some kind of virus? Or what? Can you please help us with the problem

Hello,
The icons in our theme are font icons so maybe there is something wrong with the font. Maybe you changed it with css and it affects the icons as well. (icons need the newspaper font to display properly)
Another possible issue is a cdn server which will cause the fonts to be loaded from a different source. In this case you can follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/

This module i known for creating issues with our theme so try to deactivate it, clear all caches then test the site again. I’m experiencing a strange issue on my website (www.vipinramdas.com) when accessing it through a mobile device. I have the tagdiv Mobile theme enabled. When this is active,the homepage does not show any thumbs, instead it shows the placeholder which says “Enable thumb from Theme Panel”. All the thumbs are enabled on my theme. The images show fine when I try to read a post in post view.
When I turn off the tagdiv mobile theme, the thumbnails show up fine in the normal responsive mode of the theme.

I used to have a Studiopress News theme based on Studiopress Genesis framework but the subscription widget was the usual WordPress widget coming along a normal WP installation. When I now use the same widget – as always – the subscription is not working – even if a re-subscribe again now. Still the very same widget informs me the number of current subscribers. So they are all there but WP is creating no mails. This is strange.

I have a really strange problem.
As you see on the homepage ( http://prntscr.com/ceepqb ) there is a space on the center of the home page. Between footer and widget element we have a space. The element Bıggrid 3 shifting to the left side. I added also the admin panel screenshot http://prntscr.com/ceeqd0 .

That works but … it’s taken every .block-title header and turned them into White text on Red background. Ideally, we would have the custom colours set up – eg, SPORT being green.
Crucially though, in the footer, this looks very strange. See screenshot
I have got a strange problem. This is the third time it’s happening so I thought of asking you what it could be.
I am still using 7.1.1 (was waiting for 7.3 to get stable / reviewed) but now when I try to upgrade and so first delete the theme after switching to another one, it says this theme (i.e. Newspaper 7.1.1) does not exist! But it does exist because after I get that error message I am switching back to the same 7.1.1 version. What could be the reason? Also let me know if there is any cautionary note before updating, besides that I need to upgrade VC along with it. Thanks. Keep rocking!

I have a strange problem: as you can see during the page loading the height of the slider changes!

Also seems that a little modification into td-speed-booster.php did the trick whit the permission (wp-seo.php to wp-seo-premium.php in “private $allowed_plugins” and works like a charm).
For the moment it seems that we are only 3 users from 28000 using the Yoast plugin in the premium version (very very strange!)
I hope that developers make this version (premium) compatible with his plugin Speed Booster by default.
Since I installed this new theme, I am facing this very strange issue… and it has never happened with my old theme.
The issue has something to do with Yoast SEO plugin. Whenever my authors writes and article and put some text into it, after saving the article or submitting for review, it automatically gets disappeared.
Initially, I thought, these authors are doing some mistakes but when I received the similar complaints from more Authors, I thought to ask you for this.

The problem is fully solved. I have tried to insert again &rel=0’. This type, I have used letters and sign from your code, rather than typing them from my Mac computer. For some strange reasons, your code editor does not reckonise the sign ‘&’.
Anyhow, for the time being, it is working well.

Today I tried “Smart list” for the first time, and let me tell you frankly- IT’S AWESOME !! 🙂 🙂
Though I noticed few issues, and I want to make it correct.
In this example- I have used “Smart List Style 1” and “Smart List Style 7” , I have also selected the recommended “Post template style-5” for this- but
1. I noticed that all the .JPEG images are not in the centre. It’s left aligned even when I had already centered it during composing the post. While surprisingly, all GIFS are already centered aligned . So, my issue is to centrally align all kinds of images in the lists. ( Image: https://i.imgur.com/iuck0wG.jpg )
2. I have also used the “image captioning” to hyperlink the image source link. But it’s also not visible in case of .JPEG images while under GIFS, these image caption links are visible and working perfectly. How can I fix it for .JPEG too. – Also incase of .JPEG, the whole image gets hyperlinked to the image source link. I mean if somebody clicks JPEG images, it automatically opens a new image source link in new window. While in case of .GIFs , there is no such strange behavior. I don’t know why this smart list is behaving strangely with .JPEG files while working very well for externally sourced GIF Images.
3. Can I include YouTube or Facebook Video at the place of images to create smart lists?
4. Can I write 1. Title and 2. Images only to create smart lists? Means can I skip “contents/description” part to create smart lists?
