When I go to share a post on my site using the share button the text below the article title is very strange, can you tell me what this is?

Hi, I’ve got some strange issues, on one of my website (with NewsP 11.2) I’ve a regular license that I use also on the development website.
Suddendly the license reset every morning with all the template settings (header, fonts, etc).
Did you instal and activate the plugins after updating? Most of my problems disappeard when i dit that, but i have stil a strange banner and mis a lot of details on my page. Can you check too? http://www.gulpengeuljournaal.nl
I also tried to put an old version back but didn’t help

I am using WooCommerce with TagDiv Shop. I would like to change the order of the filters to make it custom. Currently they are in the same order as in the Products-> Attributes page on WP backend. However, I need to be able to change the order to make more important filters come first.
Any option to do that in tagdiv composer or in any other place?

WooCommerce does not offer this functionality on the backend, which is very strange and annoying.

I have wp 5.8, Newspaper 11.2, and all the system statuses in green. I added the HTACCESS code too. It is pretty strange it just keep spinning without loading

I just checked the website and those images seems to no longer be on your website https://i.imgur.com/BwhVmGd.png and if you access them you are redirect to homepage. Now in this case that image is a thumb, maybe you delete it. Please check to see if you still have the feature image for that post and if that is still there (the original image), the regenerate the thumbs that you are using https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

I am trying to add social network icons in each post to share the post to social networks following the guide below;

But strangely, the options of social networks icons are not shown properly. Currently, only Naver is shown like the image below. The pull-down menu doesn’t work.

This is strange because I made a test and works well, please try to remove the Instagram account and connect again, clear all cache.
Also, if the problem persists, please make a full backup to all files and the database end an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and Cpanel access, so we can investigate this issue.

This seems to be strange, our theme has that code added -> https://i.imgur.com/EHvDiD4.png and is no need by extra plugin for it.
Indeed when I checked your website, those are not there, maybe it is from an extra plugin that you are using for optimize the website, please make a test only with theme plugins. Also if you are using child theme, please test it with the parent theme.

This is strange, during our tests we did not have this problem with the Firefox browser or other browsers.
That’s why, please do a test on a subdomain and use only tagDiv plugins, and if you have a child theme, please use the main theme and clear all cache(also from your browser).
Also, if the problem persists, please make a full backup to all files and the database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com Provide: wp-admin URL/cPanel URL and credentials.

The logo in mobile turns out black when the website is loaded for the first time. But when I refresh the page it again turns white. I am facing this strange issue kindly fix this

For me, the search (shows 10 products, but all with giant image below) and the product image (strange magnifying glass icon) in WooCommerce makes problems since the update. Back to the previous WP version is unfortunately not possible.
I recognized a very strange problem trying to open amp pages on my website. It’s now showing the mobile theme, It contains some errors and it does not pass google amp verification tool.

If I open a column text element that contains content, it often shows as empty. The content doesn’t get loaded into the text editor. or sometimes it will show in the visual tab, but then is empty on the text tab. This can cause all the existing content in that element to be erased.
If you wait a long time before clicking the tabs it will load.
We also had a case with a 2 column row, each column had a column text element formatted the same, but with different content. Certain settings changes to that row or element would cause all the 2nd column text elements to be overwritten by a clone of the first column. Even something like adding a margin to the row. Very strange, but happened many times.

Thanks a lot – it was an old, inkompatible plugin (which we do not need anymore) – but very strange that this interfered with Newspaper …

This is strange, that is why, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, please make sure you have the tagDiv plugins activate.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Suddenly, the very strange problem occurs that the lay-out and accessibility of the website is messed up in Firefox. Sometimes, it is possible to gain access to the homepage (but with strange lay-out), whereafter viewing a post such as https://www.streamwijzer.nl/chernobyl-abyss-1986-film-netflix/ is cause for the error that there is no secure connection anymore.

This is strange because I have never encountered this situation before.
Do you use the theme for multisite? This problem can be caused by a plugin used, which disable the theme.

A good example can be found in our most recent article (https://unric.org/nl/jongeren-zetten-eerste-stappen-in-duurzaam-ondernemen/): the words ‘Futur Défi’ and ‘Défidée’ are meant to be only shown in cursive but are being published in bold as well. Same story for the photo captions. There is no issue when text is deliberately put in bold, as with the subtitles.
