Hello, Recently (March 30th) I installed your wordpress theme (new paper X) and since google takes a very long time to index my articles and when they are indexed they are very far in the results whereas before 2 minutes after publication they were indexed by google and if there was no competition I was first. The major change is that before my homepage was just a page with the latest articles. With your theme I defined a static homepage but the homepage url is unchanged and the page structure is almost identical to the old one it’s just prettier … The sitemap has also been modified but it is well up to date in the CS. The sitemap is managed by YOAST SEO. I had no problem with my old theme so I don’t think the problem comes from yoast.This is a news site : https://serieophile.fr . The strange thing is that google doesn’t index my articles when I publish them but on the other hand they are well on google news (well then maybe it’s because google news checks my rss feed). I went from 4k days of traffic to barely 1k. There are no error messages in my SG. If I ask google to manually index my articles it does it but before I didn’t have to do that.Besides it’s very long it takes about 24 hours (my old theme was “Boombox”). 4. if you want to remove RECOMMENDED VIDEOS you need to edit the page using tagDiv Composer and use the right click on it.

I have a little concern that I cannot resolve because I do not know why this is happening.
In one of my articles (and probably elsewhere) I have a strange display that occurs when I navigate and scroll through the article: part of a menu is displayed unexpectedly and then disappears. This menu is also not the one used on the site but probably the “rest” of an old menu on which I worked before.

we have installed your Newspaper theme, I’ve some questions:
In home page we have used a flex bloc to display the post on 3 columns ( http://wip.gazzettaitalia.pl/it/ ), but the border line that divide the columns has different height, there is a way to display this line with the same height?
For the flex block I don’t have find a “general option” to set the font style/size that we have used (imported from your cloud library), where do I find it in the admin theme options? (actually I set it from the block itself, but a general option would be better for our final client)
I’ve used your login//signin features, and its ok, we have to custom the email but I suppose we need a plugin for that right?
And, after login, clicking on the name of the user it show a strange message “Non è stato trovato nessun prodotto che corrisponde alla tua selezione.” why? (il livello utente è cliente, e inoltre non vogliamo visualizzare la pagina di autoriparazione – se l’utente non è cliente, admin for example I could we have here the account page? We use woocommerce, so have we to replace the signin/login with the woocommerce signin/login?
And I’ve tried to creat a new page (contattaci) after insert the page title, I’ve clicked on TAG DIV COMPOSER.
and I have this error: Error at rows: 1(models) : 11(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Why the composer give me this error and show me the home page inside? The page is blank, but the composer fill it with home page block!!!

Facing a strange problem.
This is what we did:
We created a child theme as we needed to add few things in the author section of the post. We were using the style 8 so we copied both the “loop_single” and “single_template” in the child theme, made the changes and uploaded it according to the process in your documentation. We did not make any changes on the main theme files.
But then, we realized that the theme panel stopped working.
So, we deactivated the child theme and deleted it from the system. The theme panel still did not work.
So, we uninstalled the theme > deleted the theme > removed all associated plugins > uploaded the theme afresh in the wordpress and activated it. The theme panel is still not working.
NOTE: We have deactivated all other plugins to troubleshoot. Didn’t work.

If the images look blurry on homepage, what you can do is to use some flex blocks or a Big grid flex you have some more control over the featured image using this element -> https://i.imgur.com/9eZ0pJe.png

The thing is that if you see my website from the mobile, you notice that this slide is not responsible if you turn the mobile to a horizontal view. For any reason the slide is not responsive and it is shown in a very strange manner.

After I updated the theme to version 10.3.2 in my website two strange things have appeared:
– on the home page in the news box all the articles appear, not just those in the news category as it is set in the page configuration (Here the screenshot: https://whigdevelop.it/screenshot.png )
– in all the articles any inserted media became clickable with the link to the image. We would like the author to choose whether or not to insert the link, but also when you publish an article without any link on the images they become clickable after publication.

2) When I click into menu sync of WPML, it crashes. It mades me unable to sync languages of menu.
3) I have assigned headers and footers in the manager of TagDiv Composer to respective languages, both in homepage and Single post. The homepage works fine. The header and footer of single post is strange. For example, in English single post, the header menu and footer menu are translated but the pictue of the header and the text of footer are not translated.
I have made English/ Traditional Chinese/ Simplified Chinese of headers and footers.
4) I want to show the language code in URL for all languages, including default languages.

When I manually delete this file, it’s recreating. As I understood, most of the heavy CSS files come from theme plugins – http://prntscr.com/rwlvbb
What I can do to delete this file? Also, I use WP Rocket, and Imagify and minify plugins, so I can’t do anything more to improve loading speed. The only way – to delete this strange CSS file, which is even not in use.

First of all our gallery is the basic one on WordPress, it is not particular or created through external plugins
I tried to deactivate ALL plugin except tagDiv and the old galleries don’t work.
It’s so strange because we only uploaded the theme and nothing else so it must be work the same as up to now.
It is a big problem for us because all the galleries inserted so far in the past years (and there are really many) do not work.
I also have another request from my client: do the galleries only have this new layout (the one in the guide linked above – tagdiv slider gallery) or is there the possibility of doing them differently (perhaps with external plugins)?

Dear Calin/Newspaper Staff,
as you know, from Categories_Category Global Settings_Pagination Style it’s possibile to set a pagination style for all categories.
Unfortunately, I haven’t found this very useful option for TAGS, which I think is very important too as I’m indexing some tags for search engines and I’d like to give a better UX to users.
Currently, if I click o a TAG and give it a description, 2 strange things happen:
1) at the beginning, the first line says “TAG: tag name”. Please, how can I remove/edit the word TAG before the tag title?
2) After going to page 2 of the same tag, the initial description loads again entirely, so people have to go through again the entire description in order to find (below) the additional 4 post.
Ideally, I would like to set an infinite loading for all tags, as it’s possibile for categories. Or alternatively, it would be good to choose a specific number of post I want to show on the same page. I found nothing of these 2 settings, I hope I just missed them.
Please, if these changes are not currently possibile, could you consider to include this improvement to your future developments? I think all newspaper users will have more options and UX would be lot better in my opinion.

No, the logo you see is some kind of strange default – no idea where it comes from (your Header system is confusing – why isn’t the logo that’s actually loaded and showing in my theme settings not showing?). So I realized that importing only does not work on the Homepage. When I create a new page, the import works perfectly fine. It is strange, however, because I have been importing for a few days now with no issue. But today, it is stuck on “installing…” only on the Homepage.
I use Romania News template.
