Hello marinedirectory,
First of all, please try to use the Header Style 10 which uses the logo in full width and check the results. Maybe you will bring your desired results. Also, if you want to add an image to your header section, notice that you should use a bit of CSS code to achieve this. For more references about this case, you can check the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-cannot-put-background-image-behind-logo-on-the-header/
First of all, check your system status parameters to be according to our recommended guide if you want to achieve good results, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hello QG Pixel,
Why do you cannot leave the Portuguese/Brasil as language on your website? Do you cannot save your settings from the panel or why? Please ensure that your system status parameters are according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hello,
Yes, you can. Before deleting the theme or domain or install, please use the system status screen to reset the theme activation. Then you can activate with the same code again.
Thanks.
Hello mikyasferhat,
After this, please ensure that your system status parameters are increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
First of all please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then deactivate all other plugins except the ones provided with the theme (install the latest version of the plugins from the theme package) and clear any caching installed.
Then create a new page and try to edit it with the tagDiv composer. Do not edit page previously created with the Visual composer. If you installed a demo, use tagDiv composer to edit the homepage. Open the page and make the modifications you want.
Here is a guide that will be helpful to understand how you can modify the elements on the page using the composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Also a tutorial about the block settings and options

Please let us know if you still have problems using this page editor.
Thanks

Hi,
It could be a different issue. Try deactivating all other plugins except the two editors, and clear any installed caching. Then create a new page and edit it with the tagDiv composer.
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please let us know if you still have problems using the tagDiv composer.
Thanks
Hi Simion,
Memory limits are fine according to the Theme System Status within the dashboard, the site works fine with tagdiv composer deactivated but as soon as I activate it the link in the top nav bar to ‘Dashboard’ doesn’t work, I’ve cleared cache, reinstalled theme via ftp, reinstalled plugin via ftp and it still doesn’t work, theme is activated, I’ve tried everything I can think of. I use Newspaper on a few other sites all running on the same server (which I manage) but it’s just this site with Tag Div Composer running that causes this error.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Matt
Hello sloane,
Check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I don’t know how the tagDiv page editor could be preventing you from accessing the WordPress dashboard. The 500 error is usually a server error. Try installing the theme again by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
And then test again. Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Also more information related to this here
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
Thanks
Hi,
Please note that the option to update the Visual composer is not available when using the Visual composer provided in the theme package. I believe that is a possibility only for purchased plugin licence and you update manually, or by automatic update.
We do not include versions of Visual composer that are not properly tested and fully compatible with the theme.
Check the theme system status and see if the WordPress and server parameters are according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could try to reinstall the theme you have currently
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Deactivate all other plugins as a test, except the known to work Visual composer version. Then check if this has any effect. Please consider making a full backup if you do not have a stable backup already, before trying this.
Thanks
I tried to install a few of the demos. They work partially, but my homepage looks nothing like the demo.
Not sure if it matters, but I noticed on the breadcrumbs, my homepage is Home > Blog and on the demo, there’s no breadcrumbs on home.
You can check it here: https://webinformer.net
This is supposed to be ‘news magazine’ (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine/) but it doesn’t look like that
On another note, I noticed that every single time I check system status, I see “Your theme is not registered!” even after I’ve activated multiple times.
Hello cyberfyber,
Please check the system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hello bformhals,
Do you have read my above comment? Please notice that if you will use any other untested plugins with the theme, the SpeedBooster will be deactivated in the System Status. Notice that plugin will not be disabled but it will be only cut their functionality until you will make the changes which I have shown you above.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello
I receive this error when attempting to enter the “Customize” settings under the appearance tab.
I believe I had set everything accordingly and everything under System Status for the theme appears to be okay (green lights)
I am using Newspaper theme (8.0) for WordPress. Website is conceptself.com (currently a blank temp page, main page will be http://conceptself.com/home-5/ once I am ready)
Kind regards,
Vlad
OK, well the Theme Status page says its deactivated but it is NOT deactivated. There is also an issue in the System Status page where it does read the input-variables correctly. That number just doesnt change no matter what the variable is actually set at.
Two items not being read correctly. Server side techs have also confirmed
SO, it definitely is not reading the input variables correctly. I adjusted other items that display in the System Status area and they updated and showed correctly. That vaiable never changes no matter what it is changed to.
Also in System Status it says it has deactivated the TAG DIV Booster, it never deactivates. It says it has a confict with the WP Orion Worker Plugin (Unfortunate)
Hi,
First please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Also deactivate all other plugins except the tagDiv composer, and try adding the Slide on a new page. Please let us know if it is working properly.
Thanks
Hello Aldemi,
Do you have checked your system status parameters? All of these are right increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/? Otherwise, please increase them according to the guide and check the results.

Hello bformhals,
Unfortunately, this type of plugin has not been tested with our theme and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work as expected with the theme or not, sorry!
Also, notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin which can be activated in the same way as you install a new plugin. The Speed Booster works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/
Unfortunately, the time doesn’t allow us to provide any custom and optimization services. We provide support only for the theme related issues based on Envato support policy – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy I suggest to get someone to help you if you want to optimize your site.
Thanks for your understanding!
I use WP Orion on all client websites. This is a great plugin and I have no issues except with Newsmag. I’ve spoken with the plugin developer this error stems from a them incompatible issue.
It shows up in the theme system status log.
Speed Booster v4.7 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: worker/init.php
Yes that is correct. In the Theme Panel in the Admin area one of the System Status says input variables are 1000, that is not correct and does not match the phpinfo.php file which says 4000
http://thevoiceoflakecounty.com/phpinfo.php
I havent gone through all of them, but typically where there is one error there could easily be another
