- TutorialsSystem status parameters guide
Hello,
Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider it if we test wp rocket with our theme. If this will be the case then we will adjust the system status for it. Unfortunately I cannot promise anything as it’s up to the developer team what makes it into the theme or not.
Thank you!
Please also clear all caching on your site and purge cdn files if you use it. If the logo settings do not apply, please also check the system status parameters and set them according to this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hello kamoe,
First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and then, you should use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. The version of Visual Composer plugin should have to be the version which comes bundled with the theme packet, and it has to be installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. For more references about how you can update the theme and Visual Composer via FTP, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
After this, if the problem is still there, please ensure that your system status is set according to our guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Please also check if speedbooster is active in the system status section of the theme. Speedbooster has a compatibility function in it’s code. Please check this topic for more information: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
Thank you!

Hello Ylli,
Please try to delete it and install it again from the theme packet files. You should install the Visual Composer plugin which comes bundled with the theme packet. Remove the old version of this plugin and install the right one via FTP. For more information about how you can install the Visual Composer, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/ Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Hey there,
Not a big deal, but just thought I’d ask. In the System Status panel, under “Caching plugin”, I notice that it doesn’t recognize if WP Rocket is installed and active. I know this doesn’t change anything, but it would just be nice to get rid of the yellow “warning” label and have my system status be all green. 🙂
You don’t have to recommend a paid plugin or anything — just turn green if WP Rocket is active.
Thanks!
Hello gwynne_c,

Hello ashishmahajan1,
First of all, please check your system status and check if your Speed Booster is active, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/sGQtzFvO It is possible to be disabled if you are using some untested plugins with the theme. In this case, the Speed booster will be automatically disabled.
The Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/
After you have ensured that this plugin works, you will have to check if this will move the style.css on the footer (check the source page and see how it works -enable it and check the results and then disable it and check the results). By default, this plugin will have to move to the footer the style.css and other render blocking. So, if it will work, it means that should have to work and for your instructions. Also, ensure that you have used the right ID’s in your want to see the good results.
Notice that we cannot provide optimization services and also, we can point you in the right direction through some suggestions. You should do it yourself all of these tasks. Otherwise, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
I’ve reinstalled WordPress once again(I thought that might fix this issue) but still having the same problem
Here is what I’ve done.
1. Uninstalled the WordPress and freshly installed.
2. My website is already linked with the Cloudflare so I unlinked it completely by changing the Nameservers on the Domain Registrar
3. Installed the Newspaper Theme (7.6.1)
4. Registered the Theme, Installed the WP Super Cache Plugin and Change the WP Memory Limit to 256M according to this guide “https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/” & “https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/”
5. Cleared the Cache (WP Super Cache Plugin)
6. Finally when I try to upload the logo and the same thing happened.

The issue could be a memory limitation but it could also be a plugin conflict. You should check your browser console when you do not see the error and check it again when you see the error so you can see if there is an error provided that can provide a clue of why this happens.
Right now there is no error on your slider but I can see a console full of errors: https://www.screencast.com/t/Abgfkoq1z1a
