I just purchased the Newspaper theme. Here is the error that I am getting over and over and over again as I cannot edit my page using the tagdiv composer.
The plugin does not have a valid header.

I restored Newspaper 9.0.1 until we can figure out why it broke.
Until then I’m stuck with 9.0.1.
It had to be TD Composer. After disabling the plugin I could edit all pages, however, for all users of the site 3,000+, they saw a blank (white) screen.

I have enjoyed great success with the Newspaper theme but have run into a problem after updating to 9.5.
I can no longer edit my homepage and a few other pages. I get a 500 error.
Also when I try to use TD Composer on the front end, the page comes up blank.
I can edit posts just fine.
My homepage is built with the backend editor (WP Bakery) and my sidebar was built with TD Composer but I cannot access my homepage at all.

Error at zones: 5(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content. I deactivated all plugin except TD Composer but it is still there. VERY FRUSTRATING INDEED. Please help!!

Ensure that you have respected all of the theme’s requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and also, we have the problem with the non-appearance of “Posts loop settings” and TD Composer button. We will fix it as soon as possible in our future updates.

The only thing I would like to ask is please make the thumbnails in publish view look as good as they look in the TD Composer mode.

We have recently started facing issues with the category URLs for the category pages created on TD composer and otherwise coded.
We had created category pages using the TD composer and added then to the menu. We also assigned the templates to the respective categories using the theme panel.
This seems to work if there is one level category as in the URL for the category shows like
url is https://www.joshtalks.com/joshkosh/career/
However wherever there is a subcategory the URL is that of the template 🙁
https://www.joshtalks.com/joshkosh/tdb_templates/interview-kaise-dein/
Which should be
https://www.joshtalks.com/joshkosh/career/naukri-chahiye/interview/
This link redirects to the category template again.
This is a bilingual website using WPML (Compatible plugin)
Now we had already have an issue with incompatibility between WPML and cloud templates. The issue is that we cannot assign category templates to translation languages as in there is no option in theme settings> categories> per category settings.

We had opened a ticket with support and you were quite helpful saying that this issue will be looked into

WPML support was also very helpful and said that they are in touch with the Tagdiv compatibility team and this is in process.
So meanwhile we decided to code the pages in the category settings.
However this is running into major issues with the category URLs. The primary categories are all right

Updated the theme to 9.5 and the plugins too
System status us all Green
Disabled all plugins and it’s not a plugin issue especially not a WPML issue
We are kind of struggling with this. I would really appreciate if you could let us know if we are doing something wrong 🙁

I agree that some feature images are too small. But that is not real source of problem.
I just adjust the test page a little make the size somehow similar . Please look at it again

Do you see the huge quality gap between two sets of thumbnails?
And I said again, in the TD Composer mode, every thumbnail looks great. I can give you my account (through email) so you see the page in Composer mode by yourself.
And again I work with Newsmag for several years now and I don’t have this problem. I strongly believe that there is something wrong with Newspaper. Please look at it more closely.

I will try to help you with some screenshots because is more easy to understand.
After you install the plugin go back on your WP Dashboard click on Contact > Contact Forms and copy the code under Shortcode https://www.screencast.com/t/NngJWh1j after that click on pages> hover the page you have for contact and select edit with td Composer ( https://www.screencast.com/t/sqDfb18UaqP ) or you can click on the page and after is open click the button TAGDIV Composer ( https://www.screencast.com/t/4iZR8xcZb5 ).

My mistake was, that I dropped all elements on the page into only one row, so my result affected basically the whole page.
That is solved now. Case closed!
As a side note: I feel that TD Composer doesn’t yet help very much to see and manipulate rows. There is no clear visual divider between rows. Not a major isue, just a friendly feedback.
I did find the problem and it’s in the Demo. I did a lot of work and reinstalled the whole site again. It was loading perfect until I Installed Church demo. After installing church demo TD stops loading correctly and it takes forever to load. Uninstalling the demo resulting in TD Composer working back normal. Could you please fix that bug so that we can be able to use Church demo? Thanks

I could not find the settings to stretch a row full width but keep the content in it un-stretched and then have an individual row background colour. Even with inner-row I could not find the settings.
You can compare the thumbnails between Block 1 and Flex 3 in this test page

Would you be so kind a give me the TD-Composer settings or (/and?) the custom CSS to turn only the Module Flex 1 in Flex Block 4 into a “card”. In my case the cards should be with a gray card background, a border and a drop-shadow. Basically similar to your Architecture preset, on a white wrap. (But I do not use Architecture!)

The thumbnails are very blurry in my site http://vietnamaustraliatrade.net/ despite I’ve done everything possible. Check on retina thumbnail, regenerate thumbnails.
Very strangely the thumbnails looks great on flex blocks but not in others.
And more strangely they look great in TD Composer on every blocks, but they immediately become blurry on normal viewing.
I don’t have this problem when I create my other site http://vietnamtradeoffice.net/ that use Magazine template.
Please help my deadline comming!

Hello, where could be the problem? Where clicking TD Composer it takes very long time to load it. Up to 2-3 minutes until it’s finally loaded and ready to add elements. Need your help. Thanks
Hi I’m running into an error when trying to use TD composer.

I’ve a travel specific site for Jaipur India where I’ve custom designed the homepage using the TD Composer. I’ve one issue with the Header. Right under the top Dark Menu, there is a blank White Space between the Hero unit and Menu. I’ve struggled a lot to find a fix for it. Can you help fix it? TIA.

Hi. I’m, still working with WPBakery Page Builder (I cannot stop my web to investigate and upgrade to TD Composer). In previous versions I solved the problem of different headers per page with the code in ‘/Newspaper-child/header.php’ file you can see in the attached image. Now it seems that something has changed. What must I change in the code to keep it working?

2. Version issue
I have have version 9.1 installed. I need to Update to 9.5 but failed twice already so I did back up to get my site working again.
The problem is I updated the version of wordpress but not the one from the theme. What do you advise considering this situation ?

I also have this message “The current content page hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!”

We do not have any bad reports in this case, after the latest theme update, sorry! The plugin should works as expected. Provide more details about your problem and also, provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. We recommend using TD Composer as a page builder because it will be updated and developed continuously.
