I am getting the PHP memory issue
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3888882 bytes) in /home1/fastingw/public_html/womensgolf/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php on line 609
This happens when I try to use TAGDIV Composer to edit a page and have the Memberpress plugin activated. As soon as I deactivate the Memberpress plugin, I am able to edit pages normally in Composer.
My host increased the memory limit: “I have set it to It was 256MB and 512MB now. And the input time limit changed to 30-60”.
but I am still getting the same error message.
Memberpress is a very popular membership site plugin. Can you suggest any fixes please?

Being almost done with the TERRIBLE idea to upgrade the newspaper theme (still not ready yet) because I constructed my site while modifying the demo theme … I am really scared to make this step forward …. Especially when I saw that I have to delete all the early version of Newspaper with the modification done in it … I really don’t know if I will ever get this done …

Okay, so I’ve created my own “Latest” section using TD Composer and the Default setting on the homepage. Everything seems good *except* when I click on the pagination icons, it reloads the whole page instead of just the “Latest” section. Is there a way to avoid that and just load the next (previous) group of posts in the “Latest” section only? Thanks! http://www.HowNotToSail.com

How to show breadcrumbs on a pages? I can see it on my post type web but it doesn’t shown up on the page type web created by TD Composer.
For info, I’ve set up the page’s parent hierarchy in the page setting.

Hi there, most advanced plugins use shortcodes and/or PHP inserts to function. I’ve noticed that TD composer doesn’t allow us to add shortcodes or PHP code anywhere: there’s no element you can add for this.
I even tried adding an “Enable shortcodes & PHP in text” plugin, so I could then hopefully add shortcodes or PHP code in TD composer by adding a Text element, then inserting the code and enjoying the results. This also doesn’t work.
As a result, TD Composer is limiting the amount of money we can earn through advanced ads & e-mail capture plugins.
It would be really helpful if you guys could look at allowing the usage of shortcodes as an element within TD Composer.
I’ve installed the latest version of Newspaper and after some issues, got the City Mag Demo installed.
I then wished to edit the categories on the home page, so I chose TD Composer.
It never loads, the loading gif just spins and spins until finally the page says “wait” or “kill”.
Based on your above suggestions, I have deactivated all plugins not relevant to Newspaper and created a new test page, with the same results.
I’ve just now put in a support ticket to ask about server specs and will report back after they look. I’m posting here, prior to that, since, if the server meets specs, I will then send login as mentioned above.

I want to report back that I have decided to go with Bluehost’s wordpress hosting plan to avoid the potential troubles with wordpress.com
I had successfuly installed the Newspaper 9 theme, demo and TD composer to WordPress (Bluest branded) last night. Things are working fine so far.
Now I am learning to use the TagDiv composer. I will post questions when I come across them.

A block header template can be selected in general, in the theme panel

Per block it can be done in the composer – http://prntscr.com/m8x78r
The per block setting will override the general setting.
So you want to customize it so that the bottom arrow be in the middle of the block title, something like this would work – http://prntscr.com/m8x5qq
Enter this code in Theme panel->Custom code CSS section

left: 0;
right: 0;
}
All elements that use this block header will be affected by this customization. Let me know if you have more questions.

I pasted specific queries that come from your td composer and they are heavy enough, so I am asking for a rewrite of them, in order to be more effective and less resources-eaters.
Hi, I am newbie here. So I am still learning.
I finally made up my mind and purchased Newspaper 9. And I am now trying to decide my hosting service. I would like to know if Tagdiv Newsaper 9 theme and all it’s demos work fine with wordpress.com? I read the related posts here on the forum and seems the responses could not make it crystal clear. One reply from the staff team even said the the earlier version (8.X) of the theme could only workw ith wordpress.org. And multiple people seems had problem to upload to wordpress.
I know wordpress.com allows third party theme to be uploaded if business plan is subscribed. And this si what I plan to do if I shoudl choose wordpress.com But anyone expereince any problem installing or running TD composer, TD library with wordpress.com? What are the problems? I am want to focus the discussion on Newspaper 9 and it’s updated resoruces, not the earlier verions.
If wordpress.com is not the best option to you, which hosting service would you recommend that would work perfectly with News 9 theme all the plug-ins and all the TD resoruces. What are some drawbacks you can think of with wordpress.com related to the NEwspaper 9 theme, TD composer, demos and related resources?

I created my home page in TD Composer, and it looks great. The only issue I’m having is that while I’ve switched the Home page (and deleted the old one), the words “Tag Div Composer Draft” appears on the browser tabs and in the iPad URL field. I’m pretty sure this is probably messing up my SEO. Is there any way I can change the name? I tried once, and everything disappeared, but after some panic, it’s okay now.

The button “Edit with TD Composer” is not shown on the screen.

WP 5.0.3 update is DIFFERENT from 5.0.2 in a critical way — Gutenberg Block editor is now DEFAULT
Going to ADD + Pages with this Update from WP NO LONGER DISPLAYS the
TD Composer Button above the Page Content window.
I just did a local host install on my Mac laptop after trying this on my Windows development machine to see if I got the same result locally as I reported a few days ago with my Online Newsmag install.
I did
Completely virgin database, php, 5.0.3 WP download, fresh install of Newsmag 4.7
The Gutenberg Block editor for Pages is the default and today I cannot even find a link in the Edit options to restore the Classic Editor for WP.
And again — the tagDiv Composer Blue button does not display in the Gutenberg editor.
I had to go to this link Disable Gutenberg Editor to see TD Composer button
Once I installed the plugin and activated it to restore the WP Classic Editor to my WP 5.0.3 installation THEN the TD Composer button re-appeared and Worked as normal.
I want to add ads after the reader presses the load more button on the end of the latest news part
(its very messy i am not finished with it, just linked so you know which part i mean)
if i could insert in the place of the next post when someone presses load more it would be really nice
(also i got 1 more question, how can i add Telegram ID on TD Composer > Social icons? I want to add fb, twitter, insta, and telegram, but i cant find telegram)

We’re running into a weird problem with our home page. The block elements will display perfectly for a time, and then when we check back hours later, the only thing that displays is the header and menu. Selecting “edit page” and then “update” will cause the block elements to display and work again, but the home page keeps eventually reverting to being, essentially, blank. When I try to use TD Composer to edit the home page, I get this error message:
Error at rows: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content
I have looked through the other forum messages and have seen the recommendation to edit the .htaccess file. My attempts to do that yesterday broke the site, and I had to revert to a backup to get things running again.
What can I do to keep the home page working?

Are there any plans to include the TD Composer on the Tag pages? Would love to have more control on the look and feel of individual tags. I have a football news website and would love to see how I could have different tag pages for clubs, players and leagues for example 🙂

I have used TD Composer before on other sites with no problem. I recently installed the Art Creek demo and tried to use TD Composer to edit the home page. After clicking “Edit with TD Composer” it just loads the posts page on the dashboard. I have tried to reinstall the theme several times as well as TD Composer and it continues to happen.

I was creating some pages with the TD Composer and now it is not working anymore. I tried deactivating the plugins and I got a message that there was a problem. When I activate the plugins again, it appears the TD Composer page loading, but it just disappears after some seconds and it stops loading.
I put the value in the Htaccess but it didn’t work either. I sent you an email with my login and password and I really aprreciate if you guys could help me.

Some of the elements in TD Composer are showing a continuous loading bar.
I’ve checked the theme status and tried everything in the guide at this link https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ with no luck.
Any ideas?
We used to have the spike issue and was related to
a) older version of PHP (e.g., 5x)
b) using WPBakery vs TD Composer
c) too many different modules on each page (too many queries)
d) running page counter plugin at same time as built in page counter (double overhead)
e) super complex mega menus with too many queries
f) not ‘security hardening’ the site — meaning, you need to disable stuff like XLMRPC if possible, use ‘limit login attempts’ and follow the security tutorial I did — as XMLRPC hits happen every day probing site for attack vectors and this also causes large system use. (Seriously – XMLRPC should be off unless you’re running personal blog.)
