I have the same problem for a couple of weeks (since your update to 8.7) : I installed the last version of the theme through FTP on my website (before, I desactivated ALL plugins). (I followed these steps : https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/) I activate it, type my register number in, and clic on the install button in order to install the TagDic Composer plugin… and IT FAILS :

Ihave been waiting for 3 weeks and hoped that the update of the 27th Februar would have fix the bug (I read a lot of messages on the forum about people encountering problems with TagDiv Composer since these 3 weeks). Now I can not wait any more (my client does not understand) and I need help URGENTLY.

Hello! I installed the theme correctly, I installed all the plugins, I managed to import the demo, but a big mistake happens! I can not play with visual composer and when I play td composer, the file will load, load but not save! help me please!

I am having the same issue – I have recently done a clean install of the latest version of the theme (8.7.2) and when I click “edit with TD Composer” in page view, or in edit page page by selecting “TAGDIV COMPOSER” I get a blank page load. I gave up on my own site and installed a clean copy of the theme on a brand new clean wordpress install, disabled all plugins except Tagdiv Composer, installed the only the Default Demo, and tried again. I have tried EVERY solution you’ve suggested in this forum, and had no success of getting the page to load. The only browser that has given me any info is Firefox, and the error says: “Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.”
I hope this helps you find a solution to this, as I am desperate to get my website completed, but can’t with your theme until the TD Composer loads.

White screen is not my problem. Some how problems are mixed up it is some one else!s problem.
My problem is simple
I was not able reach multipurpose shortcodes and lading pages, I was told it was beceuse of not to load multipurpuse plugin which I did and problem has not been solved. Later I received support mail unistal tagdiv composer and multi purpose plug in and reinstall them again and stop other plug in which I did and my problem has not been solved. I still can not see multipurpose short coded in my tagdiv composer screen.
How can I solve them.

I have reinstalled Newsmag theme (downloaded the latest version currently available at Themeforest). I tried to install required plugin tagDiv Composer, but I got following message:

Hello,
You are getting the errors because you already used the composer and it’s elements on the page. You will also have to re-create the page in order to get rid of the errors. If you add a td composer element especially multi-purpose elements and then disable the plugin, an error will show up.

Am inteles. O sa mai astept atunci. Apropo, am renuntat la VC si acum folosesc pluginurile voastre TD composer + multicomposer. Se misca mult mai repede, fara cloudflare ca am observat ca fara e mult mai rapid. Felicitarile mele!

Si ce sa mai tineti cont la viitoarele update-uri la AMP este logo-ul. Se pare ca nu isi pastreaza proportia.
Cat despre plignul WP Give, am vorbit cu ei si astazi au lansat un update care a rezolvat incompatibilitatea cu tema iar acum apar setarile post-ului, stil etc.
Hello, I updated to the new 8.7.2 from 8.6. Everything was updated through ftp and everything seems to work correctly with all my old settings on the theme panel. However, when trying to edit a page and selecting “edit with TD composer” from the top bar on the actual page weblink the page just turns white (blank) and nothing happens. Also, trying to go to the pages section and selecting a page, it no longer has the Blue edit with td composer button i can select. It just shows the raw info within that page. Any idea on what i can do to correct that?
Since updating last night, which by the way I REALLY despise the new TagDiv Composer “Have to Change”. It has done nothing but cause be headaches. I cannot use Tabs and now my responsive site is unresponsive. The slider, the second one since the top one only has one article, does not work. This is since the update to 8.7.
I DO NOT WANT TO USE TAGDIV MOBILE TEMPLATE. I want your stuff to work as should a responsive site and not you telling me the page info I should use because YOU want to make it faster.

I do not have this list called
multiporposeshortcodes in my tagdiv composer and elements listed in this video.
So how can I have those multiporpose shortcode elements in my tag div composer.

Hello, after taking the newest update I am not able to disable td_composer without getting multiple WP_Booster errors. I have the site built on VC composer and the page will not render without td_composer being active. Since both are active some of the VC shortcodes are removed. How can I remove td_composer and remove the WP booster errors? Thanks so much.

It worked fine this afternoon but when I tried to edit from the backend a moment ago, everything began to mess up. I have updated to the latest version of WordPress (4.9.4) and Newspaper Theme (8.7.2).

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any Front end theme panel functionality, sorry! The theme has only front end page builder which is TD Composer.

Which slider are you using? If you’re using one of those that come with newspaper theme, just open it with td composer and then in the filter tab, there is an option to filter the posts by random, latest, popular 7 days, etc. You can change the result from there.
Really looking for some help here, folks.
I changed the title from “parties” to an appropriate title for the site using the TD Composer. Now the block has it’s custom title but there’s still the “Html code here! Replace this with any non empty text and that’s it” and I’m pretty lost as far as changing it.
Looking at the source, I see where it’s located but it gives me no clue where I can go to edit it. Obviously I did something, somewhere, but I’ve not edited anything framework wise.
Now that I’m looking into this, I’m nervous I will foul something up. So, if possible, please help me out.

i changed element of my homepage with TD-composer
i’ve choosed ‘Big Grid 3’ (module : mx5 + mx6 + mx11)
but the size font is too big especially with ‘module mx5’
so i went to ‘Theme Panel’ of Newspaper / ‘theme fonts’ / ‘module mx & other – article title’ :
to change the size font of ‘module mx5’ to the minimum (size 5px)
i save but nothing change
i do the same change with ‘module mx6’ and ‘mx11’ = nothing change
and nothing change too, with parent or child theme
any idea what i do wrong or miss, please ?

dnf67, are you still using both Visual Composer and TagDiv Composer simultaneously? I´m running 5 sites, and most of their pages have been built with VC. If I follow TagDiv´s advice and disable VC, it will destroy the design of the existing pages. The sites have all together around 100 pages, and I am definitely not going to rebuild all of them with TDC.
“Good news everyone” says, Professor Farnsworth…Being a bit frustrated with my recent update experiences I decided I would go back to version 8.6, so I reuploaded the older version via FTP and the older version of TagDiv composer as well. The issues with the wp_booster errors continued to exist, so I figured I might as well have them with the newest version of the theme instead of an older one. I reuploaded 8.7.2 and TD Composer 2.1 and everything seems to be working OK.
I am still holding off upgrading on my other website until I am convinced everything works smoothly as it should

Module 3 (block 5) can show three columns (3/3) if you create a page using td composer and selecting a page template without sidebar (Such as page builder+overlay menu). See this https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/ (I don’t work here).

We’ve been waiting for the 8.7.2 update before trying to update again from 8.6. Can we update directly from 8.6 to 8.7.2 without the patches for 8.7 and 8.7 to 8.7.1?
Also do we have to do the deactivate and delete the old TD Composer plugin before updating the theme and then add the new ones?

The theme comes with a fixed width (I think 1164px) and it cannot be stretched in the manner you indicate because most elements are fixed at this width and messing with it will break the responsiveness. However, you can create a custom homepage with the td composer and then stretch the rows with the content (On Add element, select a row and drag it to somewhere on the page. Then click on that row and on the left, the box will display something like this http://prntscr.com/ikmfay. Click on the small font saying ‘row’ at the top, then scroll until you see something like this http://prntscr.com/ikmdqm and select the ‘stretch row’ option. There are several options to choose from there for various screen sizes (1400px+). For the posts, this will not work though. Coz even if you remove the background image and colour, there will be white space on the edges of the screen.
It is not possible at the moment. It can only be used with the td composer on a page. Tagdiv team says the next update will provide this option. (I don’t work here).
