@hatchet9 I have tested the Visual composer text elements. There is no problem entering text, saving then editing it. The plugin version included in the theme package (5.4.5 latest in fact) works properly with the theme so there should be no such problems.

If the mobile theme is installed, this requires content for pages to be entered through the mobile editor

Note that the plugin is optional, it is used for example if you want to display a different, lighter version of the website. The front page is predefined, only one template template will be shown on all posts, category pages etc.
In case you want to display the same content from desktop on mobile, simply deactivate it. You can find out more about the mobile theme here

Toate setarile facute in theme panel sunt salvate in baza de date. Nu vor disaparea decat daca sunt probleme cu baza de date sau folosind optiunea de reset in theme panel

Tema nu va reseta setarile facute. Vor ramane chiar si dupa un update al temei. Se pot salva pentru siguranta ori mutarea temei

As sugera contactarea servociului de hosting si descrierea problemei. Ei ar putea sa investigheze in error logs eventuale probleme de server si/sau baza de date.

Frist of all, you should remove the old theme from your WordPress if in the past you have an old version of that theme. Also, very important is to make the theme update via FTP way because this is the recommended way and the surest method, in this case, according with this useful documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Maybe you should update the plugin as it mentioned, it seems to say you are using a deprecated version. Also check to see if the wp-debug is set to false in WordPress

You should update the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare plugin, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way to another sub-domain and ensure that your Mega Menu has been set up accordingly with the documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-mega-menu/

We have tested this implementation before releasing the update, we fixed all the issues that were found. As I said in almost all cases problems related to the socials were caused by caches or conflicts with plugins. We have not found other problems with it.

Also note that at the moment the theme supports PHP version up to 7.1, higher versions can cause issues. We will up the PHP support in the coming updates.
So if you are using PHP versions accordingly,the status parameters are properly set, and you tested with no other plugins, then please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will investigate.

There will be no problem using the child theme provided in the theme package, we will modify the version in the future update, however this will not affect the child theme functionality in any way.
There was an issue similar to what you are describing, in the previous theme version. It is fixed in the latest theme version. Please update the theme

Hi,

Through CSS would be the only way to change this default margin, if this is required. The margin is set only for the bottom of the paragraph. A margin top is not set each paragraph has a margin bottom of 26px by default, I believe WordPress sets a 1.5em default margin.
The code I mention above will change the margin bottom for all paragraphs in post content, page content, composer text elements etc.
Use the value you want in the code, then enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS, it will remain there until you remove it if needed. Code entered there will not be lost after theme updates.
