If changes need to be made from the theme perspective to accommodate the new features, they will be made available as soon as possible. It seems the Woocommerce plugin received yet another update containing multiple fixes

In the meantime you could try the advice from the plugin author and declare support with the code they provided for the lightbox in the topic provided, just enter it in the functions.php file located in the theme folder and see if it works for you.

It seems the Woocommerce plugin is receiving a lot of updates these days, and major changes have been made to it’s options through these updates

Please note that the theme is not influencing the plugin settings and options in any way, it all depends on the plugin authors. If there should be need for any modifications from the theme side, these will be implemented as soon as possible.

If the system status is not the cause, try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed then check to see if the problem is still there. If st still is please deactivate and delete the Visual composer plugin and install it again, maybe something went wrong during the upload or installation process

Yes indeed it seems the data source is being ignored but it also does this on a WP default theme. It is a visual composer element, not a theme element. It seems the data source is not working properly. We will have to wait for an update from the plugin developer for a fix.

Please use this guide to install your theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and also make sure you are uploading the right file from the theme package – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/ not the whole theme folder.
Also try disabling all your plugins so you can rule out any interference in the install process.

Maybe this is already on the list for a future update. Please try to understand that each update is meant to add more features and options, and all suggestions and recommendations are taken into account. However I should mention that the list is forever increasing, and the developers decide what gets implemented as soon as possible and what gets postponed. Maybe this will be an option in a future update, we will just have to wait and see.

Unfortunately style.css is changed on every update. You will not be able to keep your customized file and use it on another theme version as it will require the new code to function properly. There is no update proof method of customizing the theme files. Sorry. As an alternative to editing style.css you can try to increase your site loading speed or remove style.css from speed booster so the style does not get moved to the footer. https://www.screencast.com/t/ygx12ohW0V
