If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Do you use the latest update of the theme and plugins?
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

Ther desktop site we fixed it me and my programmer,
the mobile still has no menu no logo etc.
This is ridiculous, i am sory to say it.
I am using Child theme to be able to update with out problems, but after the update i lost everything was used/downloaded from your cloud.
You come after the update when i create the ticket, to tell me that i had to back up from the theme.

I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases); in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

In the latest update of the theme, the bookmark feature works as it should.
You can use the Clear bookmarks/favorites button and try again.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

I’ve turned off all the plugins, except for WooCommerce and TagDiv, and the header still didn’t appear in incognito mode.
You have admin access to the site. Can you please check what the problem is?
I am not a coder, so I don’t know what CSS code I would add/change to fix the problem.

1. SSL is not working on mobile devices. Site shows secure on desktop, but shows as not secure in all mobile devices.
2. When I make a change on the website, that change does not apply on mobile. Why not?

After the latest updates, the site crashes all the time. It is hosted on a dedicated server and the sysadmin informed us that the tagdiv composer plugin causes mysql overload. we did ALL updates after the malicious issue with the newspaper theme in version 10.2. After this we have a lot of issues. We disabled ALL PLUGINS.everything works perfect ONLY WHEN WE DISABLE THE NEWSPAPER THEME. we need help even if we pay for this,but support responds really really slow and it is urgent. can you please help me?
I’ve also installed the new update to the Newspaper theme that was released today on ThemeForest.
So I ended up changing the taxonomy key in ACF from “tdtax_my_taxonomy_name’ to ‘portfolio_category’. That of course broke my site because the relationship Custom Post Type – Custom Taxonomy was cut.
I fixed that by updating the database directly.
update wordpress.wp_term_taxonomy set taxonomy = ‘portfolio_category’ where taxonomy = ‘tdtax_my_taxonomy_name’;
So now when I use the Flex Loop Filter I see http://www.mydomainname.com/?tdb_tax_portfolio_category=something.
Which looks better than before, although still not quite there, I would like to get rid of the tdb_tax prefix altogether.

I can see that you use the mobile theme plugin.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout.
