Please ensure that you fully updated your theme to the latest version of it only via FTP because this is the surest method regarding the updating theme. Also, please make sure that you have updated the required plugins to the latest version of them (Visual COmposer->4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.0). Also, if your problem is still there, please try to make a new sub-domain and try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please notice that if you are using some untested plugins which could interfere with the theme and also could cause a lot of unknown issues, like this. Also, please ensure that you have fully updated your theme only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. So, if your problem is still there, please provide an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. I have checked you website and I saw that you are using an older version of Newspaper (v. 6.7). Please try to update your theme to the latest version of it (Newspaper 7.1.1) because was fixed the problem with ‘NO COMMENTS’ bar, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/LynTAaMwZ4i and then, if you want to allow the comments for all you users, please check these settings to be activated, like so -> http://screencast.com/t/sBmooT86 -> http://screencast.com/t/duJEW58vJ and also, your will have to use the page template default to bring the comments form.

Try to update the theme at V 2.3.7 which is available on themeforest, then test again. After WordPress updated at V 4.5 there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme, also older version of VC won’t work with it. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.
Try to update the theme at current version available on themeforest, also update Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all other plugins, clear all caches and test again.

Im using Newsmag theme ver. 2.3.7, WPBakery Visual Composer ver. 4.11.2 and tagDiv Social Counter ver. 3.2, Site: savjetologija.com
The thing is that SC plugin is showing tw, yt, g+ correctly by number of followers/likes but shows wrong data for fb.
I noticed here in some comments that there was mentioning of SC plugin ver. 4.0, seems I can’t find it anywhere?
Also, in last update of Newsmag theme I found folder Newsmag-tf\patch_2.3.6_2.3.7\includes\plugins\td-social-counter.zip, so I was wondering is this mybe patch for fixing fb data number in SC plugin?

Please take a look a bit up from blue strip of FB like count, where is located Facebook Page plugin – please compare with generic look at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin (please notice underlined links instead of bold, etc). This plugin worked fine until last update.

Hi I installed the theme. It says “Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of Visual Composer.”

Before each update, we recommend doing a full backup to your data because in this case you will avoid losing all your data. Please keep in mind that the updating from 6 to 7 it is not comparable with the updating from 4 to 6. If you are custom modification through the code and you are not using the child theme, please keep in mind that all of them will be overwritten by the new update. In theme 6.7.1 i love that mobile theme..but when 7.1.1 came this looks so bad its showing animations..can i change that to default? The new 7.1.1 looks bad..i haven’t enabled tagDiv mobile theme..but still from default in 7.1.1 this the mobile theme here i attached.. Is their any way to disable that..and change back to simple theme which was my previous.. In 6.7.1..this is Animative theme.. I don’t want animation..i attached 2 screenshots of theme old theme and new theme..i dont like new theme…i want old thme…as i updated to theme 7.1.1 so its showing me new mobile theme with animations..in 7.1.1 i want old theme with no animations. Is it possbile to get old mobile theme in new 7.1.1 theme as i really dont like animations theme.
