I guess that you use child theme, we know about this issue with grid when child theme is used and it will be fixed in the next update. Please switch to the main theme and see if it works and let me know. Sorry for inconvenience!

Before update please backup the site (database and files) – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups And follow the documentation to update – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ run the script and regenerate thumbnails.

Please follow the steps from documentation and make sure that you have updated the theme properly – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and run the script(you can read also there what it will do). Let me know how it goes.

@papeldeperiodico Unfortunately theme doesn’t have an option to set a background color for all blocks widgets, but I have added this on our list and it will be added an option in a future update.

For newsletter you will need to change it via custom css, please provide a link.

@themeforest_antonio Did you updated also the Visual Composer plugin to the latest version provided with the theme?
Also did you removed the old theme and uploaded the new one properly using this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Please provide more details about this, also you can check it without any plugins active leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and check again if you can edit the blocks.

Unfortunately new version of the theme has only 2 formats like you already know. If you need to add more post formats please take a look here – https://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Formats and try to add more formats in theme functions: http://screencast.com/t/MsM6Dc3q9j

Please make sure that you have uploaded the theme properly(after you have deleted the old theme) and run the script like you were instructed here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Always make a full backup of the files and the database, in case something goes wrong with the server you could use the backup to revert to the previous state. The new package contain also the old theme you can find it in old_version folder.

Hi,

Before update please backup the site (database and files) – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

We recommend to remove theme via FTP and install the new one and also the plugins that come with the theme files, you can find them it in the theme package inside the Plugins folder – http://screencast.com/t/lkrma6blYE
After the update run the script included in the Welcome panel – http://screencast.com/t/eZxxuqvsTir running the script it will import old settings, change the shortcode like you can see in the documentation. The theme has more features(example- big grid on categories, smartsidebar) so you will have to set those mannually. Also the custom css may not work at this it should be regarded as a new theme(changed classes, ids).
