3. Please make sure that you create a megamenu properly – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-the-megamenu/
When you set a category megamenu you don’t have to add submenu items. For parent category(with subcategories) set as megamenu all subcategories will appear automatically.
If you still have issues with it please provide a link so we can take a look.

Please check this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active and also clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN. Also please make sure that you use the latest theme update (1.7.1 – you use Newsmag theme) and also update the plugins that come with the theme files from the /plugins folder. Please make sure that you also try this without using additional plugins, leave just theme’s Visual Composer and Social Counter plugin’s active (make sure you also empty all caches) and the W3 Total Cache plugin using just page cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/w3-total-cache-configuration/ then test again.
If you still get the same behavior when you update a post please let us know and provide your admin login details at contact@tagdiv.com so we can have a closer look at this. Please also include a link to this tread in your message and let us know how if goes.

The option for page ID to be megamenu is added only for Newsmag for the moment, but this feature will be available also Newspaper 5 version.
The functionality and performance are similar. The main differences are in designs/appearances and the content area width which slightly differs from one theme to another, Newspaper’s grid width is 1170px while Newsmag’s width comes around 1021px. Other differences are also appear regarding features, some of the blocks are present on one and missing on the other, as well as some other features like smart sidebar feature,smart lists or some of the post templates. We’re also working on a major update for Newspaper (v5.0) which will include most of the features from Newsmag.

We’re not aware of any of this. We will investigate this in the near future and keep in touch with envato to clarify this and if something is wrong within the theme we’ll fix it asap.

You can find version 2.10 in /plugins folder from files that you have downloaded from themeforest.
The plugin was changed to work with YouTube’s API V3, so please update to V 2.10.

Yes, we have renamed some shortcodes in version 1.5 – http://screencast.com/t/moj0NT9CKvX
So the renamed widgets have to be re added to each sidebar after this update. Make sure that you backup your database and if possible get the widget list from your sidebars.
Rename the short codes via SQL: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-newsmag-to-1-5/

Do you have any css customization?
If you use latest version of the theme(4.6.3) did you update from an older version? Di you used patch or a fresh install?
I can provide you css to fix this, but may cause cause another issues if you have custom css or did not updated properly. Also please first check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and check if you still have these issues.

Unfortunately Portuguese of Brazil is not available in Theme Panel, but you ca translate manually words from Translation – http://screencast.com/t/ccBL2y8ZC4
If you want to use the patch to update please make sure that you have 1.7 version and update to 1.7.1. You have to upload patch files via FTP.

Yes, please update it via FTP use this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/
Make a backup of your current installation, so you can revert in case something goes wrong and make a fresh theme install, connect via FTP remove theme’s folder then upload the theme’s files (don’t overwrite it).

That is not possible, unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for this just for module titles/excerpts.
We will consider this for future updates tough but if you really need this we suggest you get a freelancer to implement it for you.

We haven’t tested the Facebook plugin with the theme so unfortunately I can’t say for sure however I believe an option regarding the this should be in the plugin as og:image:width, og:image:height properties aren’t usually added by social plugins so there should be an option present for this in plugin’s configuration.
Please let me know if you have any updates on this and also provide your site’s URL.
