Salut
Am cumparat tema de ceva vreme, am instalat-o fix ca in documentatie, am facut toate updateurile, am instalat toate pluginurile recomandate, dar am in continuare errori peste erori: lightboxul nu a functionat niciodata, am instalat un alt lightbox care functioneaza doar in thumbnail grid in galerie, revolution slider este in coflict cu ceva nu afiseaza nimic, pe dispozitive mobile nu am control asupra meniului, in articole nu am control la widgeturile din sidebar si nici la morestories popup, va rog sa imi dati niste solutii, nu am mai inalnit atatea probleme intr-o singura tema.
Multumesc

Since updating to the version yesterday I’ve been unable to update one of my posts, keep getting the following error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/thakksy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/class-vc-base.php on line 330

Only seem to happen when updating this post: http://www.cruisehive.com/costa-fascinosa-hit-bad-weather-causing-damage/4356 After checking the update does work but doesn’t confirm or anything, just the error page comes up.
Thought it was just a wordpress issue but it seems to be related to js_composer so thought it might be related to the theme.
I just download the update, make all changes and then upload it 🙂
And I’m not gonna do it now!
Mine’s totally messed up after 4.4 update. Needs urgent help here. Site is http://www.caraganews.net Thanks!
FINAL UPDATE:
I decided to delete the code from the htaccess file for hotlinking protection.
I read this article and I don’t want to have any troubles with Google:
https://blog.serps.com/google-not-provided-image-hotlinking-nofollow-link-building/
I’m holding off the 4.4 update on my site,can’t deal with bugs right now..lol
So I updated the menus but it didn’t fix the issue. Lets see if tagDiv has a solution 🙂
I’m like @Christopher Simmons this update 4.4 i’m going skip…
@Chris As you might know, I have highly customized it and installing a brand-new version of it will need a lot of work to get to the previous state. I will keep you updated if it works or not.
Did you clear all your caches prior to update? Delete old theme, not overwrite new on top of old.
Also, try resaving your mega menu settings, and re “save” any widget from appearance which is not working.
This usually solves that kind of thing for me; might not work for you, of course.
Ah, yes… some plugins and widgets add in code to the main WP admin panel, and that has changed quite a bit since WP 3.9, and so many plugins written prior to that which have not been updated may be putting in javascript/ajax which might be breaking the overall admin system in some way, such as loading duplicate version of jquery, etc.
If it’s one plugin at fault, presumably you could see if they have updated version, or, at least for the development phase of website, turn the plugin off to setup your site, then when “done” turn the plugin back on.
Not an elegant workaround, but that’s the only advice I had if it’s not the browser, or the php.ini issue.
You can upgrade directly. I skip every other update myself 🙂
Wonderful Support.
Wonderful Updates
Wonderful Theme.
Thanks TagDiv Team
Hi,
Thanks @Steven!
@Larane
You can find the update change log here: http://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609 (the updates section) or in the theme files folder that you got form ThemeForrest.
Thanks
Hi,
1. You could also use a plugin like advanced custom fields then a condition which will show the “leave a reply” comment section only if you want it or not, you can read more about this method here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/function-to-hide-ads-and-function-to-show-author/#post-8993
If you don’t know how to achieve this and you don’t have basic php/html/css knowledge we recommend you to hire a developer or a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/
Unfortunately for this you will need custom work and we cannot offer custom work at this time as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
We also have this on our todo list but as we have over 160 features requests and issues on this list we have to pick very carefully what we implement so if more people will ask for this we will do it.
2. That setting/feature comes from WordPress, you can try to find a solution for this online or try to find a plugin to do it, as I said before unfortunately we cannot offer custom work at this time.
Sorry about this!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I had to update to version 4.4. But what is new? The update info is out of date…
Thanks,
Carolin
I’m using 980 too, tell me please if it will be back in sometime or not? As i got it i shouldn’t update a new version if i want to use 980, right? What is the latest version with this feature, 4.2.2 or later one?
Hi,
when you filter categories the link added to the block headline should point you to the first category you add in the filer and the headline if you don’t add a custom one should look like this: http://screencast.com/t/wNvICEw9
About duplicate loading of the articles, i’m not sure what could case this, i have also tested this and didn’t happened for me using the latest theme version 4.3
Please make sure you disable all plugins, the load more feature uses javascript to get the articles and could be in conflict with other plugins.
Also make sure you disable and empty cache of any CDN or cache plugins.
If nothing works please make a backup of your current theme installation then update the theme to the latest version.
Please let me know what you find.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately I’m not sure that you can achieve this easily you will need custom ork for this and we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
You could also try to add a customizes slider and use this method to achieve pagination: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/home-page-healine/#post-15489
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
I am trying to add some custom css to my homepage via the option in the visual composer – so that it applies it just for that page.
I tested some custom css earlier which worked fine but it now will not delete or update. I put the code in and there are no errors but when I press save nothing happens. If I click close and then update and go back in the code I put in is gone and the old code I used earlier to test with is back.
Thanks 🙂
Hmm… I’ve never done this myself (create a new post template). Your blank page might have something to do with the content being loaded partly in single_template_#.php and partly in loop-single-#.php for each of these templates. Do you have all the parts you need?
P.S. If you’re going to repeat that code for each sidebar case, you can at least define a function in the same file. That is to say, have this at the top, in PHP tags:
function my_features_fields() { // No parameter because $post is still active
// Update this list using the same format for all the field names you want
$field_names = ['2g_network', '3g_network'];
// Set up tabs
$to_echo = '[vc_row][vc_column width="1/1"][vc_tabs]';
// Set up features tab
$to_echo .= '[vc_tab title="Features" tab_id="features"]';
// Begin a list
$to_echo .= '<ul class="features_list">';
// Loop through the fields
foreach ($field_names as $field_name) {
$data = get_field_object($field_name);
// Check if we have a value and set to a default if not
if ($data['value']) {
$value = $data['value'];
} else {
$value = 'No information on record.';
}
$to_echo .= '<li>' . '<span class="features_label">' . $data["label"] . ': </span>';
$to_echo .= '<span class="features_value">' . $value . '</span></li>';
}
// Close the list
$to_echo .= '</ul>';
// Close the tab
$to_echo .= '[/vc_tab]';
// Close the tab group etc.
$to_echo .= '[/vc_tabs][/vc_column][/vc_row]';
// We have to filter the whole string to make WP interpret the shortcodes
$to_echo = wpb_js_remove_wpautop($to_echo);
// Output
return $to_echo;
}
And then just have this one line wherever you want to place your tabs:
<?php echo my_features_fields(); ?>
Good luck getting the rest working! I’ll stop checking this thread shortly, but it’s been good.
I will be extensively testing all our sites for the regular iPhone 6 once we have it (backordered….); finally upgrading from iPhone 4S. I normally check all our stuff on iPad AIR, where the theme looks absolutely AWESOME. 🙂
Technically the iPhone 6 plus should behave similarly to a comparable sized Galaxy tab on android, one would think.
@thisisanfield
once you have the next IOS8 update which will fix various bugs with IOS8 1.0 and the new phones, maybe figure out how to take photo of the screen oddities, or screen cap if you have app for that (is there one?). This might be good to know, since I don’t plan on buying a “PLUS” phone. 🙂

Hi Guys,
Got an odd one. This was working fine before latest newspaper update.
We have galleries like the one here using the mosaic option. I’ve also tried with other gallery types and the same thing happens.
When clicking one of the images to enlarge, instead of opening attachment.php it attempts to open a lightbox and gets the error -The Image could not be loaded. This is an urgent one we need to fix please.
Example – http://www.heyuguys.com/six-new-revealing-stills-christopher-nolans-interstellar/ (click one of the 6 images at the bottom of the post).
Thanks.
