inside the WP dashboard in the pages menu when I open the HOME page with “Edit with TagDiv Composer” the banner appears
DID YOU DISABLE ANY TAGDIV PLUGINS?
We’ve got some errors at loading API files. It could happen because of a disabled TagDiv plugin!
All and other pages open correctly with TagDiv Composer.
Theme plugins are all active and up to date.
If I edit the page via TagDiv it updates correctly.

if i edit the category page with tagdiv, in dutch first, it is updated
than if i edit the same in french, the dutch is replaced with french
but on home page it is language wise, on category page how this can be made language wise, any solution ?

I’ve done updates to my Newspaper theme – and changed categories (which did show correctly on the main menu). When I login now I only see a load of code instead. Did I do something wrong?

I believe I gave tagdiv access to the site (i.e. contact@tagdiv.com is an admin user) – but I’d rather learn how to fix it myself.

After applying the Newspaper theme my old site content that was created by Divi Builder is not showing properly.
It is showing some shortcodes. If I enable Divi builder then it shows the content else it shows some random shortcode. e.g.

How can I migrate the data from Divi builder to the newspaper, I want to use the newspaper layout, not divi layout. I have more than 1000 posts, I cannot update them all.

I tried to install other review plug-ins because of the features (price, image insertion, site movement) not provided by the review plug-in provided by Newspaper, but the installed review plug-in does not work. Is it possible to use other post review plugins?

Yes. I have v12.1.1, tagdiv Composer, tagDiv standard pack, and tagDiv Cloud lIbrary enabled.
VPS with 6 cores, 12 GB RAM and 160 SSD.
The problem started after I updated to version 12.
When I deactivate Composer the server goes back to normal, but when I deactivate composer, the site is broken.
I saw several people reporting the same problem here on the forum and I saw the team asking to send an email requesting support. I sent the email and I’m waiting for help, please, as this problem is crashing the site at random times and hurting our ranking.
There are also discussions on reddit with users saying that they only managed to solve the problem by buying another theme and abandoning the Newspaper, but I like the newspaper and I don’t want to change the theme. Hope you guys can check.
Same issue. With tagdiv composer enabled I can’t access my site at all. I get the error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” from WordPress.
Theme always breaks when WordPress updates, so I’m assuming I just need to update it like always, but it’s not even giving the option.
I don’t know anything about coding and programming and stuff like that so other than just doing it in the theme, I don’t know how else to update it. I’m at a loss here.
Had to get the dude who helps me with this complicated website management stuff to deactivate tagdiv composer (no clue how he did it) so I can actually log in and get to the back end of the site. Couldn’t do that either. Couldn’t reach the site at all the tagdiv composer activated. When we tried to update it I got an ajax error message. So the dude just deactivated again and told me to update it manually. Expect I don’t know how to do that.
A few updates ago it was possible to make the first letter of a message/paragraph bigger/bolder and highlighted in the block menu on the right. Is this option gone now? Because I can no longer use the function and do not see it anymore.

Since my site is newly transferred from the blogger, and I have not updated the thumbnail, I don’t want to show empty image space or a site logo as a thumbnail. So, I tried to change the template of the related article, as it was showing a thumbnail section.
I then turned off the related article option.
Now, again I turned it on but this time it is displaying in the new template design and no thumbnail section. But I have not changed anything. I don’t know how the format got changed and if I want to change it to any other in the future.
It is okay for now, as it is not displaying the template section, but in the future, if I want to change its design, I might need help. This time it’s up to you if you want to guide me. I am okay with your decision.

I have just purchased and activated the newspaper pro theme by entering Purchase Code. But I am not able to update the latest version of the Newspaper theme.
Updated to version 12.1.1, but issue is still occuring

A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins, too. Check if all the necessary tagdiv plugins are active in Newspaper -> Plugins.

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
