We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

If it’s not appearing there, then please make sure you have the latest updates.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.

A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled and it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins too. Check if all the necessary tagdiv plugins are active in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Install the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates.
Check all the time for these things, and you won’t have any issues.

Hi, After a recent update of the Newspaper theme, the thumbnails are no longer loading.
Details:
– Big Grid Flex 10 and Flex Block 1 are affected
– The issue happens in Chrome but not Firefox (both are up to date)
– The images load successfully after hitting “refresh” in Chrome
– Newspaper version 12.1 on WordPress 6.1

Olease note, in this case, when we disabled all plugins, they showed up. However, when we disabled all plugins except tagdiv and AMP, they didn’t show up. This happened after we shifted hosts.
Thanks for the crash-course in sharing screen-grabs. If you take a quick look at doogle.com you’ll see the main menu (Home | Football | Formula 1 etc) appears twice (i.e at the top of the screen and then half way down. If I click on a link (for example Football) then I don’t get a menu at all. I’m happy to play around – but since I didn’t touch anything then I’m not sure how it happened.

I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

I think I am referring to the recurring payment, for the moment this option is not implemented, it will be added only in the next update of the plugin (until then you will have to do this operation manually). At the moment, tests are being done with recurring payments on stripe, after which I think it will go to paypal as well.

I have just updated Newspaper from 11.* version to latest one (additionally migrated to another server) and started having these issues when editing any page in tagdiv composer –
Error at zones: 6(models) : 8(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.
I have tried suggestions mentioned in other topics (even erasing any content in page, saving and then trying to edit) – still get the same error. Also I have disabled all plugins except tagdiv – same exact issue as described below –
When I create new page, I can add modules and edit page with tagdiv editor. As soon as I publish page and want to edit again later – I start getting this error.

Good morning everyone! After the update to WP 6.1 and Newspaper 12.1, the gallery does not work as before. In the editor it looks ok but in the preview/published the images in the gallery are stacked vertically instead of collaged or next to each other. It happens on both desktop and mobile. Anyone else run into this?
