Hi team,
I have detected some important errors in the theme. In the articles, to be more exact.
When you create an article, you put a structure H1, H2, H3 etc … so that google knows how to read the content well. Only the content should have this H structure, the rest of the additions, such as related articles, text of related articles, or “leave a message”, should never have H tag.
I have detected these serious errors through an audit-.
I need you to please tell me the best way to fix this problem. I am attaching screenshots.
I also use the mobile plugin, so the changes must be applied on PC(desktop) and mobile.

Approached from an SEO optimization point of view, this is a major mistake. I would like to request, that you please think about this for the next updates of the theme, it is important to correct it.
Although now I would like a custom solution, editing files that you indicate me or through custom code. It would be great if this is fixed in future updates.

We have been using Thrive Comments, and since we updated the newspaper theme to 10.3.9.1 we are fining that Thrive Comments is not working the way it should.
We contacted Thrive Comments support and they logged in to our site to determine the issue. They said the issue was a conflict in the Newspaper theme which is preventing us from using all Thrive Comments features.
This is what they said:
I started to switch the theme to default WordPress theme and deactivate non-Thrive plugins. One by one, I activated the plugins, and it seems it’s not a plugin conflict as the Thrive Comments displays properly. As soon as I activated the Newspaper theme by tagDiv, the comments area changes to a different one. It seems your theme has its own single template(for the post) that changes the section of the comments area. Comparing the source page, it does use a different code. It seems this is customized for their theme.

Could you please reach out to the theme author of tagDiv and ask if there is an option to display a different comment section for the single post template.

Please look for a plugin conflict. Disable all the plugins except tagDiv ones. Also make sure that you are running the latest theme and plugin version. I am using the newspaper theme and I have a cloud template for articles. Now I want to add some custom logic. I have custom fields (related posts) which can be set in the wordpress backend.
I want to show them below the template.
Can I write a own module for the cloud template for that? or do I need to update a PHP file?

Normally without a cache plugin, it should update ones per day, with a cache plugin it can take some more time.
Unfortunately, for Instagram, our team is working on the issue, but you can set the Instagram fixed count with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/In8UL9Q92n until the issue is resolved.

If you have a backup, then you can try to do these steps:

2. I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
If not, then the issue could be a missing plugin or settings which has return by default because of the update or some custom CSS.

Do you use the latest version of WordPress?If yes, you need to use the last theme version Newspaper 10.3.9.1, the compatibility with WP v5.6 was provided only with Newspaper v10.3.9 (if you have a theme version older, than NewsPaper 10.3.9 and you have the latest WP version 5.6, tagDiv Composer not work)

I’ve reactivated the mobile theme and AMP to speed my page load. I’ve set it to Mobile and AMP. I’ve also then tried AMP only but I see no changes when looking through my phone (cleared cache).
When choose Mobile and AMP vs only AMP what will be the difference from mobile view?
Also, how can I see these changes on the mobile (not as preview but browsing through the phone)? currently doesn’t show changes

This doesn’t tell me how to set it up properly, what Mobile vs Mobile Amp vs AMP actually mean and which to choose. It doesn’t tell me how to preview the AMP version for changes. It doesn’t tell me anything (this is a recurring theme throughout every issue with these documentations they need a MAJOR update).

Removing them manually leaves a blank space in the instagram widget. It is strange that we did not have this problem earlier. This auto saving of Insta images have started only after the update this year.
This definitely needs to be looked into.

Hi aleister, our developers are working to make a theme update for accessibility and to fix some speed problems, therefore I can not say for sure that this update will conative the compatibility with php 8, ass for WordPress 5.7, I’m sure that our developer team will test it with our theme and if there is need for some changes in our themes, those will be made.

Update:
I tried starting with a blank mobile header, instead of the Lifestyle Pro header, but it did the same thing as before.
Then, as a work-around, I ended up just putting the hero image in the header and then I put the sticky row nav-bar (that I wanted to have just below the hero) at the top of the webpage itself (rather than in the header) and it seems okay.
Although I do now have a very thin white line between them that I haven’t figured out how to eliminate yet. I may eventually try eliminating the header all together, but for now I’ve already spent way too much time on this.

Same problem. And your theme doesn’t work with wordpress 5.6.1. After update we got many errors from td-composer plugin. Website took 15 seconds to load. When we rollback to wordpress 5.5.3 everything became fine.
