Hi Archerix, the icon for embed posts inside other posts is assign with WordPress icon because the the embed is making in WordPress editor, usually in Gutenberg editor.
I’ll set this as request for the coming updates and hope that our developers will add an option for this.

In the flex block options, you can display “modified date” below the article title by turning on the “modified date” option in TD composer.
The words “modified date: ___Oct 13, 2020 (the date)____” appears on the front end. Is there any way to change the words to “updated on” instead of “modified date” below the article titles?

I have the api created and when I add the block I don’t have a specific playlist I want to use. Is there just a generic playlist that will show generic updated trending videos so I don’t have the mess with it. Nothing specific.
Yeah, this was frustrating to notice – four weeks after I updated to Newspaper X – that all the non-stock widgets went inactive from the 10+ widgets we use on waterdesk.org. I didn’t notice because *some* of the widgets remained. Is there a better UI method to restore the widgets than dragging them 18-24″ from the bottom of the screen to the top? I don’t see a dropdown inside the widget to assign it the way the stock widgets do. It’s like moving grains of sand with tweezers!
This starter happening after I replaced published date with modified post date.
After doing this, whenever I update my posts its isnt showing date in google snippt, while older posts still have date.
Any updates on this issue?

A quick fix for this problem with getimagesize is to adding an extra parameter in theme file, the file path is wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 792 set before getimagesize and ‘@’ like this -> https://i.imgur.com/VOWmTCI.png

Hi, I may be wrong, but I believe this is theme related. In WordPress when we embed a post inside another one, it shows the wordpress logo and not the site logo (screenshot below). Is it possible in a future update to change that? https://imgur.com/a/eiOgGVz

Hi, some problems were before for the users that had a smart list set if is not the case, just make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also make sure that you are using the last version of Newspaper theme, correctly is v10.3.6.1 there will be soon a new update.
Also make sure that all the theme requirements are as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also our theme do not has any options for feeds, you can use only these from WordPress or some plugins for feeds.

Hmm, this seems to be a problem related to the smart lists, do you have any smart lists set on your website? if yes, we have a quick fix, also this week will be a theme update where it is fixed this problem.
To fix this problem with smart list you need to set this code in this file path wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php set the code at the end of file.

I am experiencing a serious problem with pages built with TD Composer. I noticed that I am not able to edit that pages anymore with the TD Composer, I guess after the last WordPress updates but I am not completely sure.

So maybe you could share these slow logs to your plugin support and see if they could help with improving these within the plugin side or not. If its a known use case with their plugin, they might also have fixes for this.

Hello, I installed empty wordpress (in Docker) and installed the newspaper theme that I bought.
But I can not see “Theme Activate” tab.
In “Updated” tab there is “Activate theme” button , and in “System status” tab there is “Activate now” button.
But when I clicked the activate button, I see “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” message (URL path: admin.php?page=td_cake_panel&_wpnonce=75ddf6e83c).
So I can not activate my theme, how can I solve this ?
Yes, It eventually updated the logo when I started to turn on a few plugins. I’ll wait for them to respond to give me a little more info on the issues im having with the demo
