Yes, I disabled sitewide modal images using Theme Panel->Post Settings->General Post Settings->General Modal Image(Disable) and tried enabling lightbox from the post. Lightbox effect works but there is no zoom. As you have previously said, the zoom effect was not added in modal image. Would it be added in the next update?
Anyways, I have achieved zoom on images using the plugin “WP Image Zoom”.

First of all you’ll need to make sure that you’ve make a full backup to your website, including database, and only after that you make the update. After you download the theme from themeforest, you need to deactivate the theme link this https://www.screencast.com/t/HokGyKmb19 , also we recommend to use the child theme that comes with the theme package, but please do not overwrite the theme or the child theme.

Hi, I have an issue regarding my article dates showing the last time they were updated. For example, if I published an article on the 1st of December, then updated the article 4 days later, the most recent date doesnât show (i.e. 4th December). Instead, the date will still show as the 1st of December.
Usually, I would get around this issue by making some changes in the âtd_module_single_base.phpâ by changing âget_the_timeâ to âget_the_modified_timeâ in the newspaper theme. However, with the Newspaper Theme 10 update, this file no longer exists.
How can I ensure that my articles show the date that they were last updated?
Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

We recommend you to first create a back-up of your website and then update wordpress and Newspaper theme.

For Newspaper Theme you simply need to install the new version over the older one. Those are more like a quickfix than a major theme update.

Hi there! I’ve updated my Newspaper layout to 10.2 and I’ve placed my ads on the theme panel of the newspaper theme. I’ve also installed the TagDiv Mobile theme plugin for this one. However, when I opened my website (jamonline.ph), the image ads that I’ve placed doesn’t appear on mobile. It only appears on the desktop.

Using custom CSS I managed to move the News ticker over right, but I am still struggling with the page-nav. As highlighted in the image the arrows (page nav) are acting weirdly.

I just inputted Amazon banner ads code on the header bar and top article and same things done on Mobile theme
option in and Amp but On computer and laptop Banner ads working fine but … in MObile, no ads shown. completely blank.

This “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is really frustrating, and very recently I started facing it. I solved it myself and hence I thought to write a post so that all Newspaper theme users looking on how to solve this “Invalid reply from server endpoint error”, can rectify on their own. It is pretty simple, usually the âInvalid reply from server endpoint errorâ is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit. But in my case, it was a plugin conflict. I disabled all plugins apart from “Tested Plugins”, by the way, tested plugins can be found in Newspaper->Plugins(https://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_support). I tried enabling Untested Plugins one by one and then checking the Cloud Templates->Add New(https://prnt.sc/q4li14). By this testing, I could find the plugin which caused this error. Now the culprit untested plugin was not a new install, but after the recent updates to it, this “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” started throwing up in Cloud Templates. So, that’s how I solved it.

If I do what you suggest: which is: ACTIVATE the free theme,then DEACTIVATE Newspaper9, then DOWNLOAD the Newspaper9 UPDATE, and ACTIVATE the new UPDATE theme, will I lost all the content that I created, and the website theme I work so hard on? or after I activate the new Update, everything will go back to normal? SOrry I am new.

I have 2 additional questions:
1) Is there a way how to implement these 2 parameters through functions.php in child theme, that means without repeating that procedure manually after every Template/Plugin update ?
2) What is roughly the time estimate when it will be implemented in the template â just to know, if eventual procedure with manual change of code after updates is for short time only or longer term necessity
I update my theme to a newer version 10.2 and I have built all my previous post with the help of beaver builder page builder and i build my home page from td composer. Now I am unable to create a new post with beaver builder because of plugin conflict with TD composer and also show critical error on my site. I am a beginner and don’t know what should do and also want to use beaver builder for creating a post.

Hi, I have using the V9.8, with a child theme and some custom code in this. So how to update to the version X? Does i need to rebuild a new child theme for the Newspaper X? Yeah, exactly! I am also facing the same issue. And it’s working fine when disabling the article schema. There was no any issue on article schema on the previous update. This issue needs to be fixed soon.
