If you want to make the update to 9.5 cu can make a full backup to your website and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. In your case it will not work however, because of the theme version currently used by the website (7.7). Quite a while back Instagram made changes on their end, we had to make modifications in the theme to keep Instagram working in the theme

Actually with the theme version used there will be problems with most of the socials. Most have modified this or that so we had to adapt. There were many modifications made and new features introduced since that version.

You should consider to update the theme to the latest version 9.5. This is an update guide

The demo uses a cloud category template with a loop, so that code may not work. Maybe you used default category templates before and the code worked. I believe adding an option to sort the loop elements is already on our list of requests, so it may be added in coming updates.

Unfortunately we did not tested that plugin with our theme, so if you want to try that plugin, please make first a full backup to your website.

You need to use the td mobile plugin that come with the theme version you are using, for example if you have Newspaper v9.1 the only mobile theme plugin that will work for you will be the one from that package.
So if you want you can update the theme to the last version 9.5 and use the mobile theme from the package that you have download or you check what version of newspaper you have and you send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and ask for mobile theme for your version of theme.

We make this step from 9.2.2 to 9.5 because this was a big update and includes the version 9.3 and 9.4 in it, we make one single update for all features we made for each version (in this way was now needed to make more updates one after the other ).

We do not have any bad reports in this case, after the latest theme update, sorry! The plugin should works as expected. Provide more details about your problem and also, provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. We recommend using TD Composer as a page builder because it will be updated and developed continuously.

First please make a full backup to your website and database, and after that you can make the update.
The settings and code/css that is set in theme panel will not be lost, also the changes make in child theme will not be lost, but the changes make directly in theme files will be lost.

There is an issue currently like you mention, in the current update. It seems to be a general problem, not only on cloud category templates, with the placeholder of the widget sidebar element.

This and some other issues are being investigated as we speak, and will be solved as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The auto load setting is present when editing a cloud template, it is a global setting so once activated all posts will use it. It will only work if the starting post uses a cloud post template, the others that will be auto loaded can use any available post template.

This feature will be improved over future updates, so it’s current functionality may change. Let me know if you have more questions.
