In similar cases with HTTP 500 errors the issue was caused by insufficient memory(WP_MEMORY_LIMIT). Try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible. Contact the hosting provider to do it for you if needed.

go to the line 536 and replace the if condition with this one

please do not use Gutenberg yet as the theme does not have the implementation in place yet. Gutenberg is a beta version at the moment and should not be used on your live website. The next theme update will provide Gutenberg compatibility.

The customization had to be made in the stylesheet, at the moment a gradient cannot be set in the header by theme settings. It could be removed in the demo stylesheet if needed.

You could also create another code to remove it or change it. This code will be loaded after the one from the demo, so the transition of the colors may be visible. First the default ones will be loaded, then the code you use with the different colors.

So you could remove that gradient in the demo stylesheet. I will make a note on our list so that the gradient will only apply on the header style the demo uses. So changing the header style to a different one will not display a gradient.

I should mention that a header builder is being developed, this will add more flexibility in managing and creating header styles. It will be introduced in a future update.

This may happen due to the 7 days post sorting feature which makes requests to the server to update the counter and keep track of the “most popular posts”if you have it set please try without it, it will lower the number of database queries.
