Hi.
After the last update, 9.1, my meta tags stopped working on all platforms, like facebook, twitter, etc …
Although they are set in the souce, for some reason they are not being loaded. I use the yoast seo plugin and did not encounter these problems until this update.
What could it be? Thank you
had to update plugins to fix errors , a plugin update / notification would help a lot of users who upgrade their theme to fix issues before coming here , and less time for tagdiv.

I want 9 products on a page, 3 collumns, 3 rows. I go into my recent product settings and select 9 products per page and 3 collumns, However it still only shows 1 line of 4. How to fix this?
I updated my theme a few moments ago , and my header displayed the following errors

as well my social media icons broke displaying the error

Im not a fan of the new social media icons equipped in tagdiv , only the instagram , the facebook and instagram buttons are super tiny and offer no mirroring features like the instagram tagdiv , basically i’m looking for a uniform look , not these small icon options.
It’s all fixed, I had to deactivate tagDivCloud Library before new update…Thanks for your great support anyway and have a great w.e.
I tried to update through envato automatically and it’s impossible… nothing works now
after update to newspaper 9 some weird glitch is experiencing on my site. basically when I refresh the site blue color abnormal heading appears first and then only it ll load my original heading. please be kind enough help me to sought it out.

Insufficient WP-memory can cause problems with the composer for example.
You see, I am not a teckie guy. I don’t understand how to increase max_input_vars or the memory limit or stuff like that. It’s not my job to know how to do them. All I know is that I’ve updated my theme (more like downgraded it) with the new V9.0 version and hell broke loose.

Again, tech stuff. I am a blogger, a website owner. I know how to manage. I pay to buy themes for my websites that have good support and good updates. I pay to have a hosting account with 24X7 live chat to fix any errors occur. Not spending DAYYYYS to Google solutions and try to do things myself.
When are you going to issue an update (a good one this time) that will fix our problems? Why won’t you answer that and stop trying to evade things by throwing me links to other threads.

What i want to say is that i have the same Problem as dhvanesh. After clicking Cloud Templates in wp menu it opens a Page with an overview of the existing Templates but i can’t see a button or a Function to creat a new one or select a template from the cloud library. The theme has been re-uploaded, please download and install it again. The issues with the text and raw HTML elements should be fixed.
@bnbmedia That is a common issue of WordPress, the valid header problem. If that happens for you, delete the theme plugins from the plugins section, then upload them by FTP. Some guides I found if needed

The patch is another form of update, no need to use the patch files if this is not required for your case. Update by FTP or WordPress.

Sorry to hear that, there would always be some exceptions no matter how much we try. We will keep improving the plugin however.
That would be the case in general if you think about it. Take another plugin for example, the same plugin will probably not work for all the users who install it. That can be caused by many factors.
The tagDiv composer is built by us from scratch. The question would be why not? Why not provide a page builder of our own, add functionality for it which would not be possible with WPBakery as a base.
What would happen if for some reason WPBakery page builder is not updated anymore or maybe discontinued? Now there is an alternative.
Users are free to choose which page builder they will use, we recommend the tagDiv composer.

In Envato Market it´s still “Version 9.0.1” so no update yet!
Half the front page is screwed up after the latest update!

Same issue here. I have been trying to figure it out myself. I suspect it is an issue with lazy loader as if I scroll down to the bottom of the screen manually it seems to speed up the process I just have not had the time to isolate the issue. If I do I will be sure to post an update.
If anyone has found a solution please let me know.

I updated to version 9.0 with no problems, however 9.0.1 has caused widespread errors with all pages and posts created on tagDiv composer (pages) and cloud templates (posts).

I am really sorry for saying this.
I’ve just installed the newly released update (V9.01) and nothing changed.
The same problems apply as before:
– TD Composer isn’t working anymore. It stays in infinite loop.
– tagDIV Cloud Library does not work. It get’s me the same error as many other fellas in this forum.
– The theme’s plugins do not update nor can be installed from within the theme’s panel. Have to do things manually.
What was this update for anyway? Will you release another update today, tomorrow?
Can your team help me to update my theme, please?

I have the same terrible errors as many guys in this forum when uploaded Newspaper V9
The TD Composer does not work, the Cloud Library does not work and the themes plugins do not install (I get this error: the plugin does not have a valid header).
Also, I am a bit confused regarding these “patches” your are referring to. I thought that by installing V9, all patches from previous releases would be included.
Finally, what is this new V9.01. Is this the update that it will solve these problems? Should we install it?
The theme has been re-uploaded, the issues with the text and raw HTML elements have been fixed. Please download again and install it. If you have broken text elements since the update, these will have to be re-added in the page/post.
For damaged pages pages you could restore a previous page revision.
