After your last update, my composer completely stopped working, and the tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin has entirely stopped responding to the upgrade. It keeps showing that it needs to be refreshed, even after refreshing. The menu has disappeared. Please help with fixing the site.

We disabled all external plugins and the problem persists.
We have updated Wp and PHP version 8.2, when we go up to 8.3 the website breaks

on our site https://managementkompass.info/cybersecurity-ki/ we tried to put a textfield above the background sections of each chapter. With the new update somehow the text fields background color was dissapearing. I only got to change it by putting the text field on a very high z-index.

You shouldn’t lose anything when you update the theme. Please make sure that everything is up-to-date and active, as well as the tagdiv plugins.
For every update, we always recommend the following:
-> First of all, please make sure you have a backup.
-> Please deactivate all the non-tested plugins with our theme before updating.

I’m not happy with this as I almost lost everything on my website. I received a notification that you have an update of newspaper theme, I have tried to update to new version 12.6.6, it mess up everything on my website. I have “Newsweek PRO – demo ID: week_pro | install type: full”, I have done lots of changes to this. I have restore my backups, just wondering if there is a way you can upgrade to the theme without losing your changes to the theme, settings, contents, etc. Please help

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

Could you please provide a zip file for the Newspaper theme version 12.6.4? This was the last working version of my website before I upgraded to 12.6.6.
I want to upload the zip file directly to my WordPress website because downgrading the theme via Time Machine did not resolve the issue.
I’m requesting the zip file because I attempted to upload an older version (10.4.1) that I had downloaded some time ago. This zip fixed the issue but it is too outdated to use.
Once the Smart Sidebar bug is fixed in the latest version, I will update to that version.
Looking forward to your guidance to resolve the issue.

I can’t access your links because it says 403 Forbidden.
Please check the “Multi” option for the first item there in the tagdiv Composer settings and try again.
I’ve tested the flex loop filters with the flex loop shortcode too in the latest update of the theme, and it is working well.
1. The option “Hide empty terms” will hide the items or categories without posts.
2. It should work well. Try with the slug “category” and check if it is working too on your end.
3. It is working well on the latest update of the theme.
So, the issue is on your end. Please deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

I can see that you use mobile theme plugin.
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Ok, here are my observence. I deactivate all plugins, except “tagDiv Composer”. After a day, “tagDiv Composer” plugin still get to “Disabled” state. I really do not know why.
Plugin version: 2.3 | built on 06.02.2019
WordPress version: 6.4.4
I coming days I hope I will find a time and try to follow your other instructions and update all stuff (WP, Theme, plugins…) and will return result here or ask / beg for additional help 🙂

Maybe we are not understanding each other — as the theme update changelog mentions (sticky is responsive), and as you also mentioned making the inner column sticky in the mobile viewport — I am just asking how to do so? If you see the link and what am trying to do, perhaps you can tell me what process to follow?
