The news ticker does not have an option for a custom title, like blocks for example. It’s title will be either the default one or the one you set in the translation settings

That will be used for all instances of the news ticker on all pages. I will add the option to set a custom title for this element on our list, and it might be included in a theme update.

The Instagram social counter is no longer working on our site. I have updated to Newspaper version 8.7.3 and cleared the cache as suggested in a previous thread, but the number of followers is still stuck on the same value.
Is there something else I should try or will this be fixed in the next theme update?

So the issue happened after you updated some plugins. Please try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, check if this solves the issue. Try the composer on a new page as well. Something changed if you are now receiving this error. Let us know.

I tried to make a change today to my news portal and when I clicked on tagDiv Composer I got a red top bar with the following error:
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
The only thing I did is to update 2-3 plugins, as I do every day when updates are available. Nothing else.
I am in serious trouble since I have to make a change immediately (remove an iframe from a Raw HTML block) and I can’t.
Can you, please, help me with this?
I am using Newspaper v8.0

I suggest you make a new theme install via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Before installing the theme, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data. Ensure that you have updated all of the tested plugins and remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Posts have predefined templates you can choose from

This will change in a future update, there will be modifications to how the posts are created. I cannot say more unfortunately.

If the theme panel or theme system status is displaying a different version than the one you have installed, then the theme did not install/update properly. Best way to install a theme would be by FTP

The old theme has to be completely overwritten, or removed and replaced by the new theme. Then this will be visible in the theme panel or system status, the version should be the one you installed.
It is also important to have enough resources allocated

This usually fixes hanging issues with the theme panel.
Please try and reinstall the theme by FTP if possible, then check if there are any problems. Let us know.
Update: I have switched on LATIN and LATIN EXTENDED SUPPORT cleared the cash and still nothing 🙁

Try downloading the theme package again and install it, check if the issue is solved. Also it is important that there are sufficient resources, especially WP memory. Let us know if there is still a problem.

On an Android (tried this on 3 separate Android devices with the latest browser/software updates), if I press the 3-bar menu button on the navbar, it doesn’t expand to show the navbar menu. Instead, it refreshed the current page. This is also true when I hit the search button on the navbar.
It works fine on an iPhone.
I’ve also tried deactivating all plugins, but I’m still getting the same issue.

Okay, so I deleted Child Theme, deleted cache, updated theme via FTP and reset the settings. But unfortunately it did not help, so it’s still CSS, I can live with it but it’s not nice, can it be related to PHP 7.2?
I updated to the latest 8.7.3 for two different sites and one of them is giving me an error on the main home page. The other site is working perfectly. The code is below. It is for the site https://epicdigest.com I updated using ftp. You could check out how the page looks visiting the site.

Tried everything including resetting the master settings from Theme panel, reinstalling the theme and plugins a few times, clearing the cache and other settings. Nothing works.
Had to restore the backup to get things going for now. Something is messed up in Theme config/code as the theme panel hangs while saving any settings for footer/ads etc..
While the Theme version is 8.7 with associated plugins re-installed, theme panel still shows 8.6 and suggests to update theme with plugins. Could it be a caching issue ?

More and more on the site, the buttons have a big nice look to be seen and invite our visitors to click on it.

The second one is coming from a third party.
Maybe you will do some change on next updates?
Before that, how I achieve to have the same look than the orange one (color, size, margin, round…)?

I suppose I only have to copy paste some code in the Custom CSS theme panel.
