1) Unfortunately the plugin is not tested to work with our theme so we cannot assure it’s functionality. Not all plugins work with our theme but this is the case for all premium themes as they are custom made and plugin sometimes cannot recognize the code or conflict with it. Unfortunately we cannot offer support for plugin implementation.

2)Post style 4 does not show the caption of the featured image by default. It does show the caption for other images except the featured one. This is the default behavior of the theme.
The post style number does not match from newsmag to newspaper. This happens when switching to another theme. There is an alternative if you do not wish to change the post template manually that involves editing the database and resenting all posts to the default template and then you can simply add the template you want for all your posts from the theme panel/ Please follow this topic to see how it can be done: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-style-of-multiple-posts-at-once/

3)Mega-menus were not meant to display in the mobile version of the website.

4) Unfortunately the ‘go to top’ options was hidden on the mobile version. You can activate it with custom css if you want:

Unfortunately there is no optimal image size as multiple modules and blocks use different sizes and different aspect ratios. Basically you will need to check the thumbnail list in the theme panel and see what containers you will use on your website. Then you can decide the image size you want to upload as it will have to be bigger than the thumbnail. There is no ideal size, but for best graphic results you could use a full hd image (1920x1080px), make sure you compress it, you don’t want a large file, it will slow page loading speed.

Unfortunately, it is not a simple task to achieve what you want. Each of blocks are using a different thumb with a specific size and WordPress will crop the image top center.

In order to identify the ideal/average size, you need to figure out which is the largest container that will display that particular image and upload an image bigger than that container. Then there is the post template to consider. If you use post templates with big image backgrounds (style 6, 7 or 8), then your uploaded image has to be bigger (especially on style 8). You need to assess your website’s layout (posts and block elements) and come up with an average image size that will work on smaller containers but also keep good quality on bigger ones.

The theme uses thumbs to reduce the page size and speed up page loading time. From each image uploaded are generated thumbs for each thumb size used by the theme. Basically, when a post it’s displayed on the page in a block, the featured image displayed is not the one which you uploaded in the media file, it’s a thumb cropped from the original image at the precise dimension. To change the picture orientation most likely you will need a different cropping system. To display more levels you need custom modifications and I suggest to hire a freelancer to do this for you as we cannot provide custom work at this time, sorry!

If you are using header style to default, you should try the code below to change the hover color, like this:

About your second request, you can try to do minification to style.css to improve your website speed. We do not recomend this thing because it is possible to appear some errors in our theme but you can try to do this. We have reports about this that function properly. As reference, you should check this tutorial http://screencast.com/t/lgzXo4l8iG and also you should find a plugin to do this for you.

Unfortunately, it is possible when you enable all your plugins, errors occur again. In fact, there is a conflicting plugin. We recommend using only the tested plugins, as you can see in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/3XkYOUwpe . WP super caches is a tested plugin, but this will may create a conflict with another untested plugins as you are used. The only option for you would be to search for other plugins to do the same thing but not to cause errors in the theme.

When you are using many types of size in theme, the speed of website will slow down because the theme has to be loaded more details and is required more time. You may use the all the fonts as default with just two styles as you said above…the problem with “slow down” appears when you use more than 2,3,4,…10 style.

Our theme are using h3 tag to display article titles. If you want to change the size of this, you have to use a bit of Css, like this:

font-size: 20px!important;
}
