Please provide a link so we can take a look and inspect this as I couldn’t recreate this. If you use Smart snap for mobile, the menu will be always sticky on desktop and it gets sticky when you scroll up on mobile devices.

I have checked your site and did not found any issues with megamenu subcategories, it works like it should be. When you hover a subcategory it is displaying articles from that subcategory and when you click it takes you to the category page – http://screencast.com/t/sWcswGnuo1F – http://screencast.com/t/9QKOSKkppgK
If you still have this issue please check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and check if it works.

Yes, the theme doesn’t have an option to play videos on modules/blocks, you need custom work for this and it is not an easy task like Emil already said.

There’s no ideal image size, the modules have thumbs with different aspect ratios and a part of the image may get lost on the cropping process. Not sure why you have this issue as I have checked you site and did not found any issue in the console. Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer and make sure that you change the fonts for the right module. I also tested this and did not found any issues, for example block 15 you have to change the fonts for article title for module mx4 – http://screencast.com/t/jek7zmwcd – http://screencast.com/t/eUOURMq0d
