You should check the errors from the console (CTRL + right-click -> Inspect -> Console) while is loading, so you can see which errors are you encounter there.
Also, please check this file permission. Please edit the page normally in editor and change the setting for the page into Template: Default template because I think you have there the setting: Pagebuilder + Latest articles + Pagination and these are not editable by the tagDiv Composer plugin.

A shortcode can be inserted also by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.

But you can not add it to the module template.

You have the mobile theme plugin activated, please deactivate it for that page.
When the mobile theme plugin is used, you need to set for pages the page content in the mobile editor using only the options from that editor – https://i.imgur.com/p8EqE1b.png. also, there is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png. This option appears in the Gutenberg editor. After you disable the mobile theme on the page, you can assign the mobile page.
