Hi
I’ve checked your site and from what I can see you don’t have set any avatar image: http://screencast.com/t/TpvbEWqpds WordPress doesn’t have an option for avatar image, you will have to use either a plugin or gravatar to achieve that: https://codex.wordpress.org/How_to_Use_Gravatars_in_WordPress Please make sure that you’ve set the avatar image, under User > Avatar in case that you’re using WP User Avatar plugin: http://screencast.com/t/7xeVyxJ1m clear all caches and test again.
Thanks!
Hi
Please check this guide regarding purging cdn: https://www.nginx.com/blog/9-tips-for-improving-wordpress-performance-with-nginx/ Also try to deactivate all plugins except visual composer, empty all caches again then test again. If the problem persist please provide the css code that you’re using so I can inspect it closer. I’ve also test test this on your site and the css for for excerpts works fine: http://screencast.com/t/v9DTOB56pUA
.td_module_10 .td-excerpt {
color: red;
}
Thanks!
Hi
I’ve looked over your ad code and noticed that you’re using td-visible-desktop class in it. This class will display the ads only for desktop that’s why the ad don’t appear on mobile devices. Please follow this link and change the class with: td-all-devices: http://screencast.com/t/G6QgY8zJ – http://screencast.com/t/kQHmrQMsAt
You can find more details about theme’s ad system in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-using-other-ads/
Hope this help.
Thanks!
Hi
I’ve checked the link you provided as example and the image seams to be displayed fine now: http://screencast.com/t/qU0wtuMh5 However if you still have this issue you can try this css in theme panel > custom css and the image will be displayed at it’s auto size:
.td-post-featured-image img {
width: auto!important;
}
Hope this help.
Thanks!
Hi
Please make sure that you’ve updated the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ and all theme’s files are copied in the wp-content\themes directory. Also try this without any plugins active, clear all caches and test again. If the problem persist try to make a new fresh WordPress install and try to install the theme again.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi
The theme re-sizes only the featured image ad the size set for the post template used. By re-size I mean that if the image is bigger then the thumb used for the post template, it will be cropped at that specific dimension. WordPress won’t enlarge images, only crops them.
Also I’ve checked your site and the images seams to be displayed fine on post: http://screencast.com/t/UHX4rwNGDR8 If you still have this issue please provide a link where I can inspect it.
Thanks!

Hi
We didn’t tested Simple local avatars plugin with the theme and I can’t say how will work. For the above demonstration I’ve used WP User Avatar: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-user-avatar/ which works fine with the theme so you can try this plugin and see how it works. Also you can use use gravatar: https://codex.wordpress.org/How_to_Use_Gravatars_in_WordPress
Thanks!

Buna
Multumesc.
Hi
To avoid duplication you can enable Unique Article option: http://screencast.com/t/mhDGQxpLOREB or you can set an offset for block 1: http://screencast.com/t/XDCMLVdUpJK Basically by setting an offset the theme will ignore the first x post corresponding with the filters for that block and will display post from x+1.
Hope this help.
Thanks!
Hi
You need to add a set of conditions in header-style-7.php and load a different logo image for each category like here: http://screencast.com/t/RDofG5R4YL
<?php
if (is_category('cat1')){
echo '<img src="url image 1">';
}
elseif (is_category('cat2')){
echo '<img src="url image 2">';
}
else {
locate_template('parts/header/logo.php', true);
}
?>
This code should load a different logo image for the category pages but only when header style 7 it’s used. If you change the header style you need to apply the customizations in the file corresponding with the header style used.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi
This plugin is tested with the theme and should work fine. Please make sure that you’re using contact form plugin according with their’s documentation: http://contactform7.com/docs/ Also try by deactivating all plugins except Visual Composer and Contact Form, clear all caches and test again. If you still can’t manage to solve this issue please provide a link or a screenshot pointing the issue and also more details about this issue so I can duplicate the situation on my side.
Thanks!
Hi
First of all your site is set to display the latest article not a static page. If you want to change that go at Settings > Readings and chose a static page to be displayed as front page: http://screencast.com/t/VSDcbdz7tP If you want to change the post template for the blog page, that can be done from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/4p9bgL2DAS
Hope this help.
Thanks!

Hi
On posts you can select a custom sidebar.
– It can be set globally (to all posts) from Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> Blog and post settings – http://screencast.com/t/gTxEy4kBw
– On each category, this will override the global settings and the posts included in the category will inherit the settings from here – http://screencast.com/t/DLFZZY4cc4a
– And it can be set individually on each post (overrides global and category settings) – http://screencast.com/t/Dh93rYvVZf
Hope this helps!
Thanks!
Hi
Themes grid wasn’t designed to work on rtl direction and to achieve that you will need a totally different implementation than the one already existing. Even if you want only a few elements, this doesn’t make the task much easier because the new directions must be tested different screen devices and also different browsers. This is a complex task which require lots of customizations in theme core files and also lot of time to accomplish it. We do our best to offer best quality support bu we can’t offer any type of custom work at the moment. You could try a plugin with a similar functionality but we didn’t do any tests and I can’t make any recommendations. If this does not help and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a professional developer from sites like http://studio.envato.com/ to do it for you.
Thanks for the message!
Hi
You can address us you questions regarding Visual Composer’s built in elements because being included in theme’s path we offer support for this plugin. If you have any issues with plugin’s usage please let us know and we will try to solve them. We also can open a ticket at Visual Composer support team if the plugins have any functionality issues. However we can’t offer any customizations for the plugins or the theme. We do our best to provide best quality support but unfortunately we cannot offer custom work as we are a small team and we are working very hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
Hope this help.
Thanks!

Hi
This usually happens because of lazy load animation which’s script conflicts with some of the installed plugins. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also try by deactivating the lazy load animation.
I’ve noticed that you’re using an old version of Visual Composer plugin: http://screencast.com/t/j5gdTOiNR7R6 I am not sure if this affect the site but we always recommend to update the plugins included in theme’s path, /plugins folder, when you update the theme. Try to update the Visual Composer at V 4.8.1: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ then test again.
Make sure you also do a backup of your current theme/wp install and database also: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups just in case something goes wrong in the update process you can always go back to the previous working version and try again.
Thanks!
Hi
To add a title for ads from post content you need to edit td_module_single_base.php file and add this code like here: http://screencast.com/t/4k3201856
'<div class="td-ads-title"> Advertissement </div>' .
Also you will need this custom css in theme panel > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/CuPlBVdR6l
.td-ads-title{
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
display: table;
}
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi
This is a complex task which require lot’s of customizations in theme’s core files and I can’t provide a solution now. You can edit in td_block_ad_box.php the function which render google ads: http://screencast.com/t/2EOFYCObll – http://screencast.com/t/BG7KnS69 if you want. If you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you as we can’t offer speed customization services at the moment.
Thanks!
Hi
Please check this topic, I’ve posted a solution here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-header-ads-according-to-category/
