Hi

I’ve test this on my side and seams that the anchor links don’t work on tablets and mobile devices. I’ve added this on our issue tracker and will try to fix it in the next theme’s updates.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks!

Hi

That the image fit the entire thumb must be at least by thumb’s size, because WordPress won’t enlarge the images, only crops them. For the indicated post you can use this custom css in theme panel > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/vpWaWt9XLEi7

.postid-6805 .td-post-featured-image img{
width: 100%;
height: 580px;
}

Let me know how it goes and provide more details if this is not what you mean.

Thanks!

Hi

The theme doesn’t have an option to display ads depending by category, but you can try a plugin to achieve that functionality. Also I’ve added your suggestion on our feature requests list and we will consider it if decide to ad further improvements for the ad system.
Unfortunately we cannot offer any type of custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. For any custom modification you can look for a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/

Thanks!

Hi

The theme wasn’t designed to runs scripts for background ad and to achieve that you will need custom modification for theme’s ad system. I’ve added this on our feature request list and if we decide to improve the ad system will consider it. For the moment I cannot provide a quick solution so if you need this my advice is to look for a developer from sites like http://studio.envato.com/ to do it for you as we cannot offer any type of custom work, sorry.

Thanks!

Hi

You can add the css either in custom css box or in child theme, the way its applied is the same, meaning the theme css will be overwritten .

Hi

Please replace the previous code from td_module.php file with this: and !is_category('Vogue')http://screencast.com/t/Lm0iIuaiMOWShttp://screencast.com/t/tAq8ELx31oA
Note that the settings from Theme Panel > Post Settings > Default post template are overwritten by the Post Settings from post editor: http://screencast.com/t/10Rh52waZ so you have to modify every template file corresponding with the post temple used. Also make sure you insert the correct name of the category, which it’s case sensitive or you can use the category’s id: http://screencast.com/t/3ub28GM1gHohttp://screencast.com/t/YRTCQQtCJcZI

Regarding the child theme please check our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ also make sure you add the files in the same directory as in parent theme.

Thanks!

Hi

We use the less files in theme’s development process and at the end contents of these files it’s compiled in style.css We don’t intent to release a theme update that will use less files instead of style.css

Thanks!

Hi

To place the page builder before the page content you need to edit the page-pagebuilder-latest.php file and replace the initial code with this one: http://pastebin.com/6mXNnUK4 The result should be like here: http://screencast.com/t/Atqgi3nxZox
Let me know how it goes and provide more details if this is not what you mean.

Thanks!

Hi

The theme doesn’t have an option to filter the articles displayed in more articles box according to tag’s novelty, you will need custom modification in theme’s core files to achieve that functionality: http://screencast.com/t/R3t8wZtmtjM Those changes involves custom work and unfortunately we cannot offer it for the moment as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ to do it for you.

Thanks!

Hi

Usually that gray space appear when the image is smaller than the thumb in which it’s displayed, because WordPress won’t enlarge images, only crops them. To avoid that you can use a portrait image at least by the big grid thumb’s size. Also try to regenerate thumbs: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
To add a new big grid you can use theme’s API: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_blockadd/ but this is a complex task and requires good coding skills, as you will need a custom css for its layout and depending by your needs maybe a new module. My advice is to look for a developer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ to help you with that, as we cannot offer any type of custom work at the moment.
If this is not what you mean please provide more details and your site’s url so I can inspect this isuee.

Thanks!

Hi

First you need to remove the article bottom add from post content like here: http://screencast.com/t/PWgzx852 After that you can use the do_shortcode(' ') function and insert the ad shortcode from VC: http://screencast.com/t/W4SFKPnoShnhttp://screencast.com/t/lqaJxdVdMee at page bottom in post template files corresponding for the post templates used: http://screencast.com/t/NujhBJ9CBhttp://screencast.com/t/7dYEalH9

Let me know how it goes and provide more details if you still need assistance on this.

Thanks!

Hi

The theme generate a custom css when you make any modification in theme panel > theme colors. When Speed Booster plugin is used this css it’s moved to footer, that’s why appear that delay. To avoid that delay you can edit style.css file and add there all your custom css: http://screencast.com/t/tRXVaL2L You can find the custom css in page source: http://screencast.com/t/XEX2iJjdf

Let me know how it goes and provide more details if you still need assistance on this!

Thanks!

Hi

Sorry for the delay, we don’t work on weekends !
I’ve inspected your site and believe this is caused by theme’s lazy loading animation which’s script could be in conflict with one of your plugin’s js causing this: http://screencast.com/t/dhJYAgT1
First please try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test this again. If you still got this issue try to turn off the lazy load animation from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/YW1yiBDsk5Dm and test the site again.
Let me know how it goes and if the problem persist address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-access so we can inspect this issue, also include a link to this topic.

Please let us know!

Thanks!

Hi

Make sure you set the image added into post content to be full width http://screencast.com/t/hmgWdQ4kPJjThttp://screencast.com/t/dFQpilMm For pages the theme uses thumbs to display images in order to keep the page size as low as possible, so the image is cropped at thumb’s size. To display a full width image on the page you can use a single image block from Visual Composer: http://screencast.com/t/KqaAAtPO

Thanks!
