I’ve checked your site and noticed that the thumb for slide module is not properly generated, the image used is smaller then 1068×580 which is the size of the thumb used on 4 columns slide. Try to use a higher image as feature image for the first post from slide block, clear all caches then test then site again.

Yes it appears to work on back-end and it may also work on single posts. However the theme won’t generate the proper thumbs for each modules and there may be some issues with the layout.
Unfortunately I can’t point any specific way in this regard as we didn’t made any tests, also the theme was not designed for this.

I’ve checked your site and the theme works fine, ad-sense code is properly rendered as can be seen in this screen: http://screencast.com/t/pHRiQIcsSTbf However the theme does not control ad’s content. Google deliver ads following a its own algorithm and the theme can’t influence it. The theme only render the ad-code and display the output sent by google.
On your site google deliver blank ads which is a commune practice while the site is still in approval stage, for more detail please check this link: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1208336?hl=en

Yes you should contact your host provider and ask him to remove any cache from server side. We’re not aware how and especially what files are cached by the server and for a good functionality is best to remove that cache.

Before making any optimization you have to make the site work properly an any devices. That means a clean install from the theme, no cache of any type, no cdn, no additional plugins except for those recommended. From this point you can start sites’s optimization, but you have to act carefully and test every step.

To change theme’s pagination you will need some customizations in code. This is a very complex task which involve many changes and tests in order to be achieved. For the moment we can’t offer custom services so if you really need this my advice is to look for someone who can help you with implementation or hire a developer to do it for you.

The function which returns the ids for css/js resources works fine even if the results are not similar with the ones from google page speed tool. Google picks only the resources which blocks page load, which is not the case for ts_inspect_scripts() function. Check this screen fore example: http://screencast.com/t/J2l7Vj0O99aX There you see that the same function returns two different results depending if the user is logged in or not.
Some resources are loaded only if you’re logged in but they will never be displayed in google’s report because when you test the site these resources are not considered. Hoover ts_inspect_scripts() function will display them because they are resources loaded at some point on your site.

I’ve checked the links in image caption on smart-lists and they work fine on my end, the link from caption does not go over the image. Please make sure that html for link and for smar-list is properly generated, clear the cache and test again.

It seems that your code force the user to select at least one category for a post. To force the user to use only specific categories the simpler way would be to hide the categories that you don’t want to be used. You can inject some css and make vincible only the categories that you want to be used.
This could be one way but you can try other different methods.
