Try to use the Woo Product Block, and you can display them in 2–3 rows.
Also, you can use the menu product to duplicate and add them to however many columns you want. Another way is to use other elements than these and manually add the images and descriptions and style them using the shortcode settings. Also, we have the button shortcode, and you can set the link you want.

Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
You should update the theme and plugins too.
Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
3. install TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
4. activate TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library

Delete all the cache and let me know the results!
