Hello @Vairao !
Did you install another demo over the old demo?
Make sure you assign the template you need to your pages.
Thank you!
Hello @rahuldasop !
We can take a look, see exactly the issue and let you know what you can do there. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello @Ericky!
You can edit the templates with the TagDiv Composer. I can see that you have 3 columns on the row, so you can set only 2 and adjust the design as you like. Make sure the caching tools are not interfering there.
Thank you!
Hello!
You should duplicate the footer template, give it another name, make the changes, and assign the new one only to the homepage.
Thank you!
Hello @afratus !
The mobile pages are separate pages. This can be changed by choosing the option no index or by using a SEO plugin to choose exactly what you need to index. After the changes, you need to re-index your website.
Thank you!
Hello!
I will add this request to our improvement list.

Hello @tektenweb!
Unfortunately, we have not tested “the event calendar” plugin.
Our templates work best with the CPT created by the CPT UI plugin.
Thank you!
Hello @theheritagelab!
Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/
a) You can’t edit or remove that.
b) Normally, you should be logged in to publish a post.
c) Unfortunately, you can’t restrict only that.
Thank you!
Hello @Hubert !
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
Can you please provide more information about this issue?
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello @treble666!

Hello @MikeVLC!
If you choose Contain for the background style, then the image is looking okay and not blurry, right?
Then it means the image is not big enough. When the image is forced to stretch, the quality is low and could be blurry as well.
Thank you!
Hello @RahulDasOp !
It seems to be a problem with your permalinks.
Do you use any plugins for redirections?
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello @youthost!
Unfortunately, I have no ETA.
The issue is assigned to a developer.
We hope to fix this issue as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hello @Signlops!
How do you lose them? You shouldn’t lose the CPTs after the update. Can you please provide more information about your issue?
Thank you!

It seems to be a conflict between this element from Gutenberg and Jetpack.
Please address this issue with the Jetpack support team.
