Hello @artetsu!
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website. A good choice for the page speed, it could be the mobile layout which contains less elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
There is all about the DOM. Which means you need to have less elements into that container or row, as such on that page. I can suggest you only to take care of how many elements you use on that page. You can try to use a cache plugin or a plugin which can minify the page or combine some elements in order to reduce its size.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello @lopabella !
You can find it in our prebuilt demos. Also, you can import any section from Cloud Library.
Thank you!
Hello @volvano!
Edit the mobile page, copy the element and paste it also in the desktop viewport.
Thank you!
Hello @ajsakal !
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Disable the lazy load animation from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello @mongooz !
Please deactivate all the non-tested plugins with our theme, and it will work.

Hello @jinxer !
1. You may browse to the Pages area of the WordPress dashboard and hover your cursor over the page title to see the page ID of a specific page on your WordPress website. The URL at the bottom of the browser window will show the page ID.
Full documentation here: https://wpdatatables.com/how-to-find-page-id-in-wordpress/#:~:text=How%20can%20I%20find%20the,will%20show%20the%20page%20ID.
Click on the title page and change the name from the shortcode we’re talking about.
3. No, it doesn’t. But, you can create your own CPTs with the names you need with the CPT/UI plugin.
Full documentation here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/
5. At the moment, this is not possible. For customization and other services, you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.
You can find it in the CPT/UI plugin only, and not ACF.
“Is it possible to set logics like if someone selects YES from an option, only then more option appears. In case of he selects NO, those options remain hidden.” -> Unfortunately, no.
Thank you!
Hello @coinhaber !

Unfortunately, we do not have any option in our theme in order to do that.
Maybe you can make them sub-sub items.
Thank you!
Hello Paul!
A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Check in the Newspaper -> Plugins.
Thank you!

Hello @jumich!
Edit the article with the TagDiv Composer and add this element/shortcode: https://prnt.sc/psPhI6l2BEYu
Those are the settings: https://prnt.sc/T4eQyEVTMn2p and that is a headings list(set it in Gutenberg).
Thank you!

Hello Christian!
Our theme was tested only with Yoast SEO plugin. If you use any plugin for schema, then make sure it is compatible with the PHP version you’re using. Or try to uninstall it.
Thank you!
Hello Sven!
Try to set the php 7.4 version and re-check. It’s a bit strange. If you like, we can take a look also via email.
Thank you!

Hello @Jumich!
We’ve added the Single Post Table of Contents shortcode. This can be found in the TagDiv Composer while you edit a single cloud post template. If you have only one Global template, then it will work on all your articles. Otherwise, you can add it to every single cloud post template. Please note that this shortcode will work only on this type of template and not on pages, for example.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, no. Sorry!
