Hello @Atithya !

Hello!
Please check in the website manager which header is assigned on that page and set the default pro global. You can change those settings with the ones you need. Instead of #, you can place the links there.
Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!
This issue is with the image quality. Please upload a full-HD image size (1920 px).
You can’t disable this because this is the way the feature works.
Thank you!
Hello @engage-media !
Did you apply some CSS code in the theme panel?
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there, then contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

You can delete the text from here: https://prnt.sc/QRTGD6Qq_xsA
Or, what do you mean exactly?
Thank you!
Hello @artsetsu !
A workaround could be to create a module template: https://prnt.sc/tcwzFDJ44ZGC edit it with the TagDiv Composer, add the custom fields you need and use it then on your CPT template in a flex block builder: https://prnt.sc/ZV1wppa_dFYv
A guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!

Hello @anshab09 !
Yes, you can do that if you will use cloud templates.
Check the guide to see which shortcodes we have available: https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/user-reviews/
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello @ilisakpop99 !
Do you have comments? https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/
A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Check in the Newspaper -> Plugins.
Thank you!
Hello @Atithya !
I will add this issue to our investigations list!

Hello @cjr !
Disable Jetpack CDN and try to improve server response time.
Check those guides : https://web.dev/lcp/ – > https://www.sqlpac.com/en/documents/google-pagespeeds-lighthouse-6-new-features-lcp-cls.html
Please note that page speed or optimization is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Thank you!
Hello @mongooz !
1. No. But, I will add this request to our improvement list.
2. There are only a few settings for that, but maybe you can insert a CSS code.
3. For me, it works. Are you sure that you chose a font that has that font weight enabled? https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Thank you!
Hello @mongooz !
If you add them in Gutenberg, then you should delete the space there. Also, you can add CSS code there.
Thank you!
Hello @engage-media !
Ok. So, you have the theme panel settings for that: https://prnt.sc/o0Hle_y07e7W
Thank you!
