These issues are related to page speed. You can customize every new demo with the TagDiv Composer and control every text/image/ad on your pages. Unfortunately, we didn’t actualize all the demos, but I hope this issue will be solved somehow.
Anyway, all these are adjustable by editing the pages with the TagDiv Composer.

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

1. You can stretch the row and content. Or if you need to add a block, then you can add a new roe or add it in the first or second row.

5. Add that background image to the row. Please make sure that the element is in its row.
