If you would like to add the shortcode to a single cloud template, then you should write the code like this:
global $tdb_state_single;
$post_id = $tdb_state_single->post_id->__invoke();
This will take the real post id, not the template id as you wrote the code above.

Please make sure that the plugins are up to date too. Check if you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active in Newspaper -> Plugins.
Please execute these steps:
1. deactivate TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall (delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).

We recommend using cloud templates because they are more customizable and very easy to use in Composer without knowing more codes. If you prefer default templates, maybe you can find a plugin that can do what you need. But, for sure, it is more complicated than using cloud templates to build the pages you need.
