Hello!

There is a way to copy all the settings from theme panel if you install the prebuilt website, but you can not select only the fonts.

Thank you!

Hello!

If you installed a cloud/PRO demo, then you can adjust your new layout of the website which you like with TagDiv Composer plugin. Take a look in this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

I recommend you for the future to make a full backup before installing a demo.

Thank you!

Hello!

If you use a cloud/PRO template, then you should add the ads when you edit the page with TagDiv Composer.
For a default template you should add the ads in theme panel.
If you have Mobile Theme plugin installed and active, then you should add the ads in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads.

Please check if you set them up correctly.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, you can not have double filtering in the same flex block.
To change the element’s way of working, this will require custom work which is not covered by the support team.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello!

@pratul11
My colleague just replied to you, please check your topic.

Please edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer and check in Website Manager if you have set up the header globally. If all is alright, then please check if you run our newest tool tagDiv CSS Analyzer and run it again.
If the issue is still there, then please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Let us know and we will gladly assist you.

Hello!

Did you solve your issue?

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

Yes, it is possible. For example, you need to set up on the row a “row ID”, and add “Inline text” element and you need to add a link in description like: https://pastebin.com/Fvcpvbf7

Thank you!

Hello!

Please check in Website Manager if the template is set up global when you edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer.
If the problem persist, then :
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Also, make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date(specially Standard Pack installed and active if you use default templates).
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello!

Edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager click on Header -> Mobile Menu(you should be able to see your mobile version in Composer now), click on the logo and there you can change it.

Hello!

The reason why those 2 elements appear only when you have the main template active is because they are included in that template. So, when you choose another header template, that does not have the elements and they won’t be displayed.

Hello!

If you use a cloud header template, then edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit/add the elements there.
